The installation of the sink went fine, but then when they had to install the faucet back onto the sink, they broke it and refused to pay for it and charged me for coming back out to install a new one after I had to drive around and find one. Very very unprofessional and dishonest. Robin, one of the owners agreed to pay half of the cost of the new faucet, but then did not follow through on that. I highly recommend that you DO NOT use them. I know they have been in business a long time, but.......definitely not a good experience by any means.

It took a long time to get job done, but went well. I noticed one of the faucets was still leaking the next day and they came out again. He fixed what he could, but told me I needed a part from Moen that they don't carry. However, it wasn't leaking when he left, it just didn't stop turning. However, the utility sink doesn't drain well due to something in the pipe. They don't carry a long snake in their trucks for some reason. I thought all plumbers had snakes. So, I have to either call Roto Rooter, or rent one from Home Depot. Both plumbers on both occasions said they mainly do new construction.
Description of Work: Had a couple of leaky bathroom faucets and installed a utility sink in the garage.

I usually have them out a couple of times a year. They do all different kinds of things for me. The last time I called them was when my showerhead was leaking. They arrive on time and they get things done. I don't have to call them back a second time. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

THE PLUMBER CAME TO OUR HOUSE TWICE, BUT ONLY CHARGED FOR ONE SERVICE CALL. HE IS VERY EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE IN DETERMINING THE CAUSE OF LEAKS AND FIXING THE SAME.
