Baxter Restoration

The overall experience of the project went well. After we signed the check over it uncovered a different story. Months later we were notified that we have a mold portion that needs to be paid. We were unaware of this and when confronted the company made it seem that we knew about this. It is so unfortunate because this put a bad taste in our mouths and will never use them or recommend them.

All of the Baxter team was exceptionally professional and easy to work with. They were very transparent with the process and worked hard to get the job done during the Corona virus outbreak. Mold was found during the project, and they adapted accordingly, removing drywall and flooring quickly. All the testing was done to ensure everything was mold free. Abby was the first point of contact and he really made me (senior widow) comfortable that they would be attentive prompt. Alex came out to the job and answered all questions and supervised the project and gave me even more confidence that the mold would be taken care of and team would be respectful of all the social distancing requirements. David M., one of the main contractors went out of his way to get needed material from other stores, when the local one didn't have the desired vanity. They disinfected the work area (and the rest of the home) as they wrapped up the project. As a senior widow, they really made me feel comfortable that all the right steps were taken to keep me safe, and the job done was great.
