I was very pleased with the work done by Assure-U. They provided and estimate and completed the work in record time. The estimated amount was accurate to what was charged, even though I believe Mr Strothers did a little extra items once the job began. He was quick to explain what the job entailed and took care to be sure I understood . I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable company. i'll know for certain how he did repairing my leaky skylight next time we get heavy rains; however, mr strother came out for a quick diagnosis and bid and then followed through as scheduled for the repair.

Job was small, but they responded quick with a quote at a fair price. They removed shingles where cracked. It was replaced with new 30 year shingles match close as possible with drift wood color. Very happy with their work.

My experience was a great one. They were done with the job in a day and a half. My roof looks great.

A good job at a fair price. Sam answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail. He did quote based on what we currently had. we had to ask for alternative skylights. Had plastic, upgraded to glass - well worth the extra money! We can now sleep thru the rain storms.

Sam was very honest and knowledgeable about roofing. He let me make choices and recommended different options, but let me decide what I wanted without pressuring me. He was very reasonable compared to the 6 other bids I received. The low bidder did not show up to sign the contracts. When I called Sam he was always there that day or the next day at a time I did not have to take of work to meet with him.

Was a challenge to get a roofer while the threat of a Huricain was in florida August 2008. He put several men on the crew that quickly finished as the rain started again. Service with a smile and care with the clean up. David Sayko

Sam's crew did a great job. They removed the old roofing and installed the new roof along with a new cricket behind the fireplace chimney all in a single day. They also did a excellent job of clean up at the end of the day.

back in 2005 sam repaired my roof that got damaged during the hurricanes of 2004. out of all the estimates i received sams was much lower than the next lowest one. they did the work quickly (one day and it was done), they didn't seem to leave any mess in my yard and everything went fine. on a side now (also why i really checked into how to leave ratings on this site) just recently i was having a water leak on the roof that was replaced in 2005, even though the labor warrenty was over sam came over and fixed the roof for free. sams is a good honest contractor which don't seem as easy to find these days as you expect.

We had a leak in our roof where the solar panels were attached. I came across ServiceMagic and was given three contractors. I contacted all three plus Roofmaster and requested a quote. Two of the ServiceMagic contractors responded within one business day (critical when you have a leak!), the third one called back after two business days. After having met three contractors and reviewed the quotes, I selected Sam Strothe's Assure-U At Home Services. First of all, Sam's offer seemed to be the most reasonable one as it was WAY below the other two. Also, Sam is a really nice guy. He and his helper did a great job! Highly recommended.
