They were excellent. My ac went out. They came out right away, on a Sunday. They diagnosed the issue very fast. And they came out first thing the next day to replace the motor. The technicians were very experienced. They had my ac up and running very quickly. I would definitely hire them again.

staff was friendly but did not wear masks. Overpriced ,selling trim kit doesn't match and missing parts. When my handyman trying to put on, he couldn't and only found out missing part and not a match. it was weekend, the shower should be done. I called, they said weekend will charge me emergency service, ask me wait for Monday. Oh yeah, they first thing Manager asked was did you paid? I was like: you charged me on credit cards!They did came back bought pieces and parts, put on....it doesn't look good, spout came off 2 used. It' s definitely not worth the price they sell to me. They told us it was top of the line, and they don't mark up price. We did online research, that kit only worth$47 on amazon(charged me $250), so much for honest. For one hour work, billed $ 621 (including the $250 kit), my husband argued, come down to $400. Manager does like yell a lot, but not a bad person. When I email the stuff about the kit issue, the manager email me back said his staff don't have time to keep responding to me. What a great service and warranty, right?

Fantastic. Called Associated late Tuesday afternoon. They arrived first thing Wednesday morning. Ian, our plumber, was professional and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the repair completed in less than an hour. I've been using Associated Piping for all my heating/cooling and plumbing needs for the last 15 years both at my house and at a rental property. First class service at a very affordable price. Highly recommended.

Could not possibly have gone better! We simply "got lucky" when a friend's neighbor - a contractor for almost 50 years in the Orlando area - recommended Associated to us after we sent up an SOS two years ago for a broken bathtub drain line in one of our bathrooms. Without being unduly detailed, the location of the break (just above the P trap - which was BELOW the slab, subterranean for the most part and only accessible through a cutout that is about 12" x 12") made this an especially difficult job. We were CERTAIN that the slab would have to be broken up and, of course, the aftermath would be a nightmare. WRONG! The two men Associated Piping sent just plain ROCKED on the way that they somehow accomplished the seemingly impossible. NO slab involvement, no "dire predictions", they simply took care of business in remarkably prompt and thorough fashion. IN-credible work!!

The service technician was friendly, polite and professional. He was available the same day we called. He called prior to arriving and arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue (heating element in the water heater) and took the time to fully explain the the problem and the fix with an estimated cost. Didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. He went as far as to explain in some detail our somewhat unique solar water heating system. Told us what to look for in the future. I was extremely pleased with the work that Mike Wilson did on the drain at our rental property. We needed a plumber on Friday evening at 6pm. Mike responded quickly and resolved the problem within a reasonable amount of time. I had been searching for a reputable company for more than a year.
