Our only complaint is that Julio, the on site foreman, treated my wife disrespectfully when I was not around and acted completely genial and professional when I was around.

+ 3 moreI am extremely pleased with Artesian. They build a beautiful pool and the work was of the highest quality. All work was completed on time and they did everything they said they would do. All concerns were addressed immediately. The work crews were all professional and courteous, as were the crew foremen. Artesian has been in business for a long time and were highly recommended by several of my neighbors and I understand why they stand behind their product and really seem to care about their customer. The price seemed a little high but after pricing some of the competitors, I soon realized that many of the standard items you get with Artesian, you pay a lot extra for with other companies. So be aware that the lowest price is not always the best or the cheapest in the long run.
Description of Work: Artesian built a complete in ground gunite pool and spa for me, including all electrical work, plumbing, tile work, building the deck and building a screen enclosure.
