APPLIANCE SERVICE CO

This was my first time using this company and it will certainly be my last! While the technician was very adept at diagnosing the problem and he was able to resolve the problem quickly, the cost of the repair was exorbitant and far higher than I was quoted when I called to inquire about a service call (problem turned out to be very minor). I thought the price was totally unfair considering the job was completed in 10 minutes! I called the office upon completion of the project to calmly and politely express my concerns but they weren't overly interested in the perception of their customers and only kept giving me a response of ''that's our policy''. Certainly not the customer service attitude I was hoping for. I would encourage you to carefully consider whether this is the type of company with which you wish to do business!

THE WASHING MACHINE WAS MAKING A VERY LOUD NOISE AND THE AGITATOR WOULD NOT TURN. WE CONTACTED APPLIANCE SERVICE COMPANY. A RETURN CALL WAS IMMEDIATE TO OBTAIN ADDRESS WHERE WORK WAS TO BE PERFORMED. THEY ARRIVED AT THE TIME SET. AS SOON AS THE WASHER WAS TURNED ON, THEY KNEW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND MADE THE REPAIR PROMPTLY.

THE ARRIVED ON TIME AND REPAIRED THE WASHING MACHINE UNDER THE WARRANTY. UNFORTUNATELY, I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIS WASHING MACHINE (SINCE I PURCHASED IT IN DECEMBER 03).
