Description of Work: If you are considering Andrew General Contractor for your medical construction needs, I would highly recommend them, due to my first hand experience working with them. I had been told that a build out of this size could be a nightmare, but I found it to be just the opposite. It was for me, very exciting and a great experience thanks to the professional hands on care given by Andrew General Contractor. We were searching for a general contractor when I was given the name Todd Andrew from a local broker that had only great thing to say about him. After meeting and discussing our needs we were convinced he would be the best choice. Todd was patient during the two year search for just the right building and was available to meet with us and the architect on more than one occasion and more than one building. Andrew General Contractor had worked with the architect prior to this project and was highly respected, that was important considering the close working relationship that is necessary. I was so impressed with their skill and organization regarding the time schedule, communication, and suggestions throughout the process. I met weekly with Dave the Project Manager at my convenience and was kept informed every step of the way. Andrew General Contractor has a reputation of surrounding themselves with only the best, this is a fact. I can not say enough about Dave, his construction knowledge, experience, guidance and personal touch are second to none. They made available to me Pete the foreman who was onsite daily. There were occasions when I was unable to be onsite and he would handle any situation without complaint. The site was always clean when we did a walk through and all the workers were very professional and respectful. Debbie the Office Manager also was very helpful with recommendations, an explanation to my many questions and she was quick to respond. The final outcome was everything expected and more, it was so smooth and went by so quickly. I can not say enough about the quality of this team and I know I will miss working with all of them.
