great--they came a little early and worked without breaks until done

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. I got pros and cons. First of all, I was pleased that they didn't ask me extra because I have big truck and they did it for the same price they would have done a car and I think it was supposed to be a little bit more. I was just traveling for work and I called them up and told them I wasn't able to use their service before the expiration and they said it was absolutely no problem, I just have to call them when I come back and they'll make a note of that. So I was able to use that after it expired. They're very professional. The only thing is that they worked a little bit too fast but I can't complain. They were in and out within 90 minutes and I thought it would take a lot longer to do a full detail. They did a good job on the outside and the inside but I have never had any detailing before so I have nothing to compare it with. So I don't know if they were as detailed, maybe I expected too much. The area inside the door, I don't know if they were supposed to wipe them or not but they didn't. When they were done, they knocked on the door and they let me know that they were done and they were leaving.

We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal, and are glad we did. Alternative Mobile Detailing Inc did a very nice job, and the fact that they came to my work place to do the detailing made it that much better.

The gentlemen that performed the service were outstanding and did a fabulous job. The scheduling of the service could use some work.

I was very happy with service, they were reasonably priced, and did excellent work. I had let the state of the car go for awhile and they took great care of it. I will definiately use them in the future.

They showed up when they said they would with plenty of advance notice. The two guys worked non- stop on my two cars and did a very thorough job. I would highly recommend them. The only drawback was it took two voicemails for them to call me back after I placed the initial order (not that that's a big deal).

The work done was very good. Their scheduling was a little difficult, but other than that, everthing was great.

Excellent work and attention to detail. There was a team of two people. They did not miss anything and 3 of us checked the car over before they left.

Walter arrived at my house on time, was very professional, explained what he was going to do and how much time it would take. He did an excellent job and my car looks like new - inside and out!

I probably would not recommend them. They were very hardworking and courteous but they charged a whole lot and the work was just okay.

They experience was very good. They were excellent. They were quick. They paid excellent attention to detail and they were very courteous. They were on time. I would grade them very highly.

We had to reschedule a couple of times, but they did a great job once they were able to get out to the house. The person that the company sent made good suggestions and was very knowledgeable and professional.

The detailer showed up at my place of work at the agreed upon time. The work was done quickly and it was done well. The detailer was friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Took a little while to set up the appointment, but once done they were excellent. Car was as good as new afterwards inside & out. Turned up on time and theperson was very polite & professional. I have a soft top & he followed my instructions for the top.

Have used these guys before...will use them again...friendly, professional.. Plan to have them out every other month or so.

They shampooed and cleaned the inside. The exterior was washed and waxed. The work was ok, not extraordinary but good. The wax clothes seemed to be short lasting. They did not clean the wheels properly. They were punctual, friendly and quite efficient.

Walter detailed our 13 year old Toyota 4 Runner which we had painted four months ago. He was punctual and went right to work. He did an outstanding job of cleaning the inside of the car, including the carpets and the vinyl trim. The washing and waxing of the exterior made the vehicle look like new (and, the inside smelled like new, too)! It took him about 1-1/2 hours of high intensity effort and the results exceeded our expectations. We will definitely use Alternative Mobile Detailing again (and will ask for Walter).

The worker was on time, and got right to work. He was very thorough, and when i would come out to see how it was going, he answered all my questions. I would definitely use this company again.

Detailing was OK. There was alot of wax left in the cracks and the entire rear bumper had the wax left on it. Top of the car was skipped and no wax was applied.

Well-done, prompt and courteous. VERY PLEASED. WOULD ABSOLUTELY USE AGAIN. To my surprise, it was very easy to set up an appointment. The owner & his team & arrived on time with all the equipment, water & power to get the job done. It was a team of 3 -- the owner & his 2 sons I believe. They were very professional. The owner pointed out oxidization all around the sides & trunk of my car. I was aware of this damage already. He said that he would not be able to remove this with the hand waxing alone & would require special buffing, which would be an additional $50. It was up to me. There was no pressure at all. I decided to go for it, and was absolutely glad I did. They worked for about 2.5 hours. The car looked spectacular inside & out. The only thing I wish I had done different was request cleaning of trunk as well. I had taken all of the items out, but neglected to ask specifically for this. I am sure had I asked they would have done that as well. The only requirement I had was to be done no later than 1 p.m., so I could pick up my son from school, and they were true to their word -- done to my satisfaction well in advance!

They arrived on time and finished the job in a timely fashion.

Walt arrived at the appointed time. He worked non-stop for about 3 hours. When he was done, my car looked like a brand new car!!!! I was stunned. I had never had a car detailed before, and I am now a complete believer!!! I will definitely call Alternative Mobile Detailing again. This was a really great experience. I highly recommend them.
