The service was great. They were very nice, on time and very communicative with us on their arrival time. I would use them again. They did have to reschedule once but they were just very pleasant to work with and very efficient. They came with everything. They did not even need my water. They were self-sufficient. They were three guys and they did everything. They would call me out about certain issues like a stain in the carpet or things like that. The only thing that was weird was that you pay more for an SUV and they did vacuum and shampoo the back of that but they did not vacuum out the trunk of the car. They said that they do not vacuum out the trunk. There were no additional costs for the service. I pay about that much to go to a car wash place while they came to the house. I have two cars. I have a mustang convertible which has to be hand washed and I cannot go to the car wash because of that thing on it. So, it cost me just as much to go sit in a car wash to have that done.

They showed up on time. Very professional and did a great job. The price was great due to the promotional coupon. I would use them again with similar pricing.

I got a call when they were 5 minutes away, the appointment was for noon , they showed up 10:30AM. The introduced themselves, I opened the van they started working. They asked "what did you pay". I foolishly told them, I was paying a reduced price, from then on we both knew that I was going to get a less than perfect job. I went inside, but have cameras set up outside, I watched as they opened the doors and power washed the inside of the door frames, getting the inside of the car filthy and wet. I ran out side to stop them from doing this on the reverses side of the car. I never once saw them use a bucket of soapy water or a soapy sponge. 30 minutes to wash the car and rugs, I went out again as they were going to start waxing the van. I pointed out that the van was still dirty, they really did not care. I showed them the dirt when asked, they said it was paint discoloration to which I wet my finger and removed the spot. They told me that the wax would remove the rest of the dirt and not to worry they have been doing this for 25 years. I asked them to either clean the van and detail it properly or leave. They chose to offer a full refund, and continued to clean and vacuums the carpets, I left to go inside, and asked my 24 year old daughter to oversee them until they left, they pestered her for $20 just for the work that they did. When I saw one of them open the rear side door and go inside and close it behind him I had enough and asked them to leave the property at once. They took photos of the van before leaving for whatever reason. There was no reason for them to be in my van with all of the doors closed. I would never hire this company again, and urge all others to avoid them.

Wonderful. Called Barry on Tuesday afternoon, received a return call within 2 hours. We set up an appointment for Thursday. He called and was running early! Barry and his crew did a wonderful job. The car looked great. When I pointed a little bit of tar - it was cleaned promptly . When I asked about removal of excess paint from a door ding, he said "let me try". Poof it was gone! I couldn't ask for anything more. Great service, excellent price, wonderful!

Two men showed up. They did an AWESOME job!! The car was filthy when I bought it. Coffee had been spilled and never cleaned up and someone had vomited in the back seat. I didn't find any of this till I removed the floor mats. They did a great job of removing the stains and the car smells awesome. The outside of the car also looks wonderful! I would highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again.

We had purchased an Angie's List Deal for $79. The detailers phoned me to tell me that they were on their way and actually arrived about 30 minutes early. Very friendly and professional. Explained what they were going to do and got right to work. Fortunately for them, we had traded our old car and had a new car for them to detail, which was without much grime. So, the car looked great. The only thing I noticed is that they left the center console a bit smeared with the cleaner but not big deal...I can take care of that. Overall, I thought they provided a quality service.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. They were very detailed. It was a little difficult because we were playing phone tag with each other but once we caught up with each other, it was fine.

Very well. They came, and detailed my car in a few hours and by the time I was finished at work, my car was clean and beautiful.

Provider was a little late but he called and we worked it out. Was no problem on my end since I was at work already. That was the convenience of the whole thing. Washed and waxed my car, cleaned my carpets, dash is shining, detailed wheels and chrome on car, everything from A-Z. I am very pleased with how my car looks and smells inside. Done in about 1 - 1.5 hours.

It went OK, but would not hire again. The job was really left incomplete, There was a residue on my carpets that I had to have another detailer remove. Also, the carpets were left very wet so my truck smells kind of like mildew now. Also, the interior ceiling was not cleaned off either. Also, some damage was done to the paint on certain areas of my truck. It wasn't a horrible job, but definitely did not meet my expectations. I would not hire this company again.

Went well, professional guys... Came in a van and got to work. Left a few areas that I think should have been done a bit more thoroughly but overall, it was reasonably.

The guys were punctual, polite, responsive, and had to work in grueling, brutal heat. Overall, they did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to use them again. Due to the blinding glare, they did miss a few spots on the exterior, but they spent a tremendous amount of time on the interior. Under shaded conditions, I think they'd have been more than fine.

3 very nice men came to my drive-way....they come to your car.....and did a super job transforming my small SUV into a very shiney car looking much younger then its years !!!

My car was unusually messy. I have been using it almost like a truck to pick up and drop off items for a charity event. There were the standard love bugs on the front. The three very nice and polite guys shed up on time, got right to work and were finished in no time. The car looked brand new and it was so convenient that they come to your house. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

They did an outstanding job I would recommend them to all my friends.
