Detailed my auto and did a great job

It went very well. The two men were personable, efficient and great at what they do! They did a marvelous job! My car looks great!

Showed up on time, did a excellent job on the vehicle.

Provider came to my home and detailed car in driveway. They did a good job. However, it wasn't really that much better than taking it to a good car wash/auto detail shop. Since I don't mind making that extra effort, I'm not inclined to use such a service again. However, I can see if someone is stretched for time that such a service may be worthwhile.

This went very well. This included inside and outside cleaning. They steamed the seats and carpets and wiped down the dash. They came out to me to have to the work done and getting this was pretty easy. I just called and let them know when I was available and they worked with my schedule. They called to let me know they were on their way. They did a really nice job! The worker also gave me some tips on future waxing jobs and how to keep the car looking nice.

very active family with two young boys, camping, beach, etc. Clean inside and outside of car, washed and waxed. had some overspray that had been on exterior for about 5 years. after receiving my permssion, they removed overspray. car was immaculate. cleaner than it was when I drove it off the lot. few days later I noticed some white spots on passenger door. called them, they immediately came out and corrected. something to do with process used to remove overspray. they did an amazing job at a VERY fair price.

Had Alternative come out and detail two of my vehicles. It took a while to coordinate appointments due to weather and how busy they are, but the quality was exceptional. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. They came and did the work as promised. I was satisfied. I used it within a week so it was pretty quick. They didn't charge me any more. They called me pretty quick after the purchase.

Their previous appointment ran over so they were a bit late. I had the auto detailing done at my work location. Once started the 2 cleaners did a thorough job both inside and out. When finished, I had a chance to inspect and they covered a couple of items that I brought up, for example a persistent stain on the back seats. This is my second Angie's coupon with this provider in the past 4 months, and they did great both times.

Both cars looked great after the services were performed. However, they failed to clean the steering wheel and the areas where the locks and window controls are in the SUV. As you know, these are probably the germiest /dirtiest areas in vehicles. My husband and I had to clean these areas after the service was performed.

They were very prompt and efficient. Very pleasant. Job done was more than expected and way more done than at a car wash. It was a pleasure to have them. Was not done at my residence, but close to it. I do not wish to provide that address.

My chrome wheels were pretty bad. By the time they were done I could swear they were new! All of the hair scratches by the door handles ... GONE. They also let us inspect the car and said they would not leave until we were completely satisfied. We willl use them again and tell our friends.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were excellent and very, very good. There were no additional cost. I tipped them because they did a good job. They were very pleasant. They were here a few minutes early. They did a very good job. It looks brand new. They did an excellent job. The price was excellent. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The work inside was exemplary. Everything was cleaned and shiny. Even the floormats were shapooed. On the outside, I wasn't all that impressed with the wax job. Granted, this is a 15-year-old car and it's not going to look like new no matter what you do to it, but the hood had smudges that made it look like the wax hadn't even been buffed off there. I ended up claying and re-waxing the hood myself a few days later, and it looked better. I didn't notice this problem anywhere else on the car. Overall, while this mobile detailing thing is certainly convenient and a nice treat, I'm not sure it's worth the money. I think I'll go back to just doing the car cleaning myself when I can find the time.

The company did not come out, call, or email about the job. They ignored me and kept my money. They are not reliable and should not be used.

They called before arriving to let us know they might be a little early. They arrived 15 minutes early and got started immediately. The whole job took the two of them an hour and a half. My husband and I checked it thoroughly. They had missed the hand hold which I use to get into the car, but cleaned it immediately when I pointed it out. We were very pleased with their excellent work and gave them a small tip. We would recommend them to others, as a matter of fact, we already did.

It went very well. The detailer called on his way, arrived on time, was very professional. I loved the final result: my car looks better than it has in years. My car was washed, waxed, the inside was vacuumed, thoroughly cleaned (and my car had a lot of dog hair, so it was not an easy job!). Bugs were cleaned off the grill, the windows sparkled, the car, which is 10 years old, looked almost new. Excellent service and work.

It turned out very well. They are professional, on time and did a good job. I would use this provider again in the future.

Unlike the review on the 6th of October, I paid the listed price for a mini-van instead of trying to short change the company by paying for a car to detail a mini-van (dis-honest moron who wrote that negative review!) They were early and to my pleasant surprise, they spent more than two hours working on my car and mini-van. They did an excellent job on both cars and for the price, there was not any part of the cars that did not get a thorough go over and both cars looked just like new! I would definitely use them again, especially since they will detail the cars again for the same price I paid this time, regardless of any price increases that may come up in the future.

My experience turned out really well with them and I would give them an 'A'. I would say that they came fully prepared and they did an excellent job. They even steam cleaned the carpet and got out the stains that we couldn't get it out, and the truck now looks like a new one.

It was the worst wash ever. NOT kidding.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out wonderful. They did a very good job. The cost was excellent. I paid extra for having my headlights cleaned. That was something that I had requested, and it is guaranteed for a year. They were polite, professional, and they did a good job. The service was exceptional.
