I had a back flow leak and called All Pro Plumbing. From the minute I spoke to Kim on the phone, I knew this was going to be a smooth and painless process. Her professionalism on the phone was amazing. I felt like I was speaking to a friend rather than making a service call. It’s the little things that make businesses successful these days, and it starts with the Representative that answers the phone. Kim was able to setup an appointment for the very next morning for a technician to come out and fix the back flow issue. I advised her that I didn’t want anyone to come to the door and if the Representative can simply fix the issue (outside pipe) and then bill me. The guy was on time, fixed the issue in a timely manner and I was billed. The only thing I had a question about was that there was no description on the invoice of what services were performed. Other than that, it was a great experience and will definitely call All Pro Plumbing again.

It went great! Had 5 estimates and All Pro was the best deal. Great price and excellent work. Aaron showed up on time to install the hybrid water heater and he immediately saw their might be an issue with clearances and said he might not be able to do the installation. After taking measurements he did the job. He was very courteous and answered all my questions.

Work was completed in two days. The plumbers spent the first day replacing the old Polybutylene pipes. The second day the workers patched the drywall. All workers arrived when expected, did professional work, and ensured everything was completed and cleaned up. Extremely satisfied.

Before they joined Angies List, I had used All Pro ca. 2003. I forgot how I found Joe (All Pro) but I called him in on a slow kitchen drain in a flip house. I had the problem looked at by a handy man and a certified plumber and the best they could tell me was there must be a blockage that required tearing up the kitchen floor. Then I called Joe. He came out and evaluated the situation, after a short time he informed me of the problem and the fix. I think it took him about 45 mins to knock the problem out and leave my wall in an easily repairable condition (a little joint compound, sand paper and paint). I count on All Pro for all of my serious plumbing needs. In fact, I am going to call them today!

It was fine. They were pretty good. The one guy couldn't finish it for I don't know what the reason was but the owner of the company did come out and finish it that day, so they were very accommodating. The price was well with in the accepted so I was pleased with the price I got. They cleaned up after themselves. They did a nice job. I called them with the appointment and they came out. They had to come twice but it wasn't their fault. The electric guy didn't get as far as he thought and they couldn't hook the electricity into the box but they did come back the next day and finish it. They told me the time they would be here and they were here.

I called when pipe broke off wall and water was coming out in force. I shut all water off to house. This was an emergency, so he was the only one on Angies List Ad that worked around the clock. The only problem was that it was Saturday, so he was already busy at another job in a building. I had to wait a few hours, but he showed up and did an excellent job. It cost a little more than I expected, but they charge extra for coming in on weekends!

Joe, the All Pro rep, came in to my house on May 19 to provide an estimate. I explained the work, he took notes, and said he'd send the estimate in a couple of days. After numerous calls and reminders to their office, they finally sent me an estimate on June 6 (more than two weeks late). By that time my requirements have changed and I needed an update to the quote, so I immediately explained what I needed and asked for a revised quote. Well it's been over ten days and so far I got no response by any kind. To be fair, all trades people seem to be very busy these days and many have a long response time. They might view my $3,000 job as 'too small' to work on, but from my point of view, this is bad service and not very professional.

I thought the job had gone well until I learned that my house had been re-piped with Pex, though I had requested CPVC - per my homeowners insurance company. I got a receipt stating CPVC was used, but a subsequent inspection revealed the pipes were Pex. Following the inspection results, we reached out several times (via phone and letter) to try to address our questions, but received no response. Only after we threatened an immediate lawsuit did we get a reply. The company re-piped the house at no cost to us. We were left with large drywall patches we had to buy more paint to cover, the inconvenience of multiple service dates, and the bad taste of the long delay in getting clarity and what we expected.

Took longer then planned but it was a pain in the butt sink.

They were OK. There was a little bit of a problem. I had a faucet that was leaking and it worked out fine in the end. There is still stuff that needs to be done because there is still some sort of leaking at the bottom, but they are waiting for parts. They were pretty appropriate. They tried to accommodate my schedule as much as possible. I needed them more in the evening. The quality of work seems to leave a little bit to be desired. We had to make a third call and it's going on for the fourth call.

We recently joined Angie's list because we were having trouble getting a) a plumber to call back and b) what we thought was a fair price. Other plumbers said they would do it for $900 but ADD ON tile work, ADD ON floor tile repairs, ADD ON faucets and oh yes add on another $450 for the replacement tub! Searching Angie's list came up with two not so great experiences and one name I recalled from the past - All Pro Plumbing. So I called and we could just not be happier. Not only did the owner come the next day and give us a very fair estimate - which included the total removal of the old tub, but the new tub replacement and new faucets/showerhead. But because we had tenants coming in the next two weeks he sent a crew out the very next morning. The two men Jeremiah and Joshua even beat us to the house at 8:30 am. They were professional, courteous, clean and really knew their craft. Jeremiah even cut out a cardboard cut out to put in the bottom of the tub so our tile guy would not scratch the new surface! We still have to have a tile guy come fix the surrounding tile but we really could not be happier to have connected with Scott, Joshua and Jeremiah at ALL PRO PLUMBING, but look forward to using them for a long time to come.

I got them off of Angie's List and a friend referred them to me. I really like the work that they do. I recently purchased a older home that needed repairs and they were great in helping me. Very professional and friendly

They are just very friendly and helpful. They're really easy to deal with. I wanted one of my faucets relocated and they didn't have the equipment on them, but they were very willing to come back to do that. They were very customer oriented, much more than the average business. They were willing to accommodate any changes while they were there.

I own some rental properties and when I have a big problem with one of their plumbing I always call him. He is very good. He is very reliable, he always calls before to tell me the price. He works well with scheduling.
