Description of Work: I was looking to have my pool re-surfaced and decking changed to pavers. Probably an $8,000 - $12,000 dollar job. I didn't even make it past the salesman for a quote with this company due to his lack of punctuality and professionalism. He had previously cancelled our appointment. And, rescheduled for another day. During the rescheduling he was hesitant to give me an exact appointment time, but we were finally able to agree on 11:00 am. I advised him I had some other pool companies coming over in the morning that day also to give quotes. The salesman NO SHOWED. About 2 hours later I called the office, and they had the salesman call me. He advised he got stuck on another job. He then stated, "That I probably didn't need his quote since I had received 4 other quotes already." I told him I did not need their service. I called the office to complain. The office personal were professional, but I told them I did not want another salesman and would not be using their company. I believe Customers time are important, and I expect salesman to be punctual! I work a full time job also, and do not have all day to wait around. If you can't be on time, at least call!

Our problem (excessive algae growth despite constant treatment, etc.) was diagnosed correctly, and the company worked with us and our home warranty company to have the system replaced. Although there was an initial problem obtaining the new unit and some peripherals, the company stayed with the issue and kept us informed as to the progress.
Description of Work: We had a new salt water chlorinating system and timer system installed.

 + -1 moreI called them because I was having some issues with the filter system. They came right out on time to do the repair. They got right to work and found a few broken pieces throughout the filter system. They went back to the shop and picked up some replacement pieces, but they got back quickly and were done in about two hours.
Description of Work: All Pool SVC & Supply Incorporated came out to do maintenance on the filter system.

 + -1 moreIT WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL THE NEXT DAY, AND THE PRICE WAS OK. THEY DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO, AND IT GOT FIXED. IT WAS ALWAYS GOOD.
