Clay, from All Phases Electrical Contracting listened to what we needed done, gave his suggestions, and gave us an estimate for the work. The next day we told him that we would like the work done when they had time. We were given a time that was 1 week away. On the designated day Josh and Rachel arrived, on time, and we went through some of the details with them. They started to work and they completed the work in a little over 2 hours. Two GFIs were installed, a pool light switch was relocated, due to some other work that had been done on an unrelated problem, and two sets of LED motion detector lights were installed outside. They took us to see each work location, for approval. Everything was great, including the cleanup and disposal of unwanted materials. We were very happy with the work and the workers.

Excellent service and great work

Everything was done quickly and neatly. Josh and Rachel were professional and pleasant. They were very honest because a dishonest electrician would say my outdoor socket/light can was bad instead of telling me there were two sizes of bulb "bases" (?). I just screwed in the wrong size bulb into the socket. That is why 2 new bulbs I tried didn't work.

I replaced a house electrical panel. The cost was very reasonable, and work was performed as scheduled. I will definitely use All Phases again.

They were great!1 very friendly and professional. Called several times to say that they were on time or on way. They showed up, did everything extremely well and were very courteous. all for a fair price. We have several rental properties and will use them again for all our electrical needs.

He had to go up into the attic to do this. The doorbell works on and off, sometimes it does not ring, but I have learned to live with it.

The job itself was fine, except for having to come back the next day to connect water heater properly. My only complaint and the reason I am giving All Phases a C rating is that they refused to honor an advertised "senior citizen discount of 10%." When I brought this to the owner Clay's attention (prior to the work being done) and the electrician (at the time I was presented with the bill) , I was told that it only applied to "non-bid" jobs. I told Clay he should remove the misleading statement on their Angie List's site that they have now done to read that it only applies to labor charges. Also, I was never told how much some additional work would cost until I was presented with the bill. Due to this lack of communication and refusal to honor an Angie List's senior discount, I would not use this company again in the future nor recommend them to anyone.

All Phases was late to an appointment to do the estimate, but they called and let me know the estimator was running late. The estimate was less than the other two bid I received to rewire a Federal Pacific panel in the garage. We set a date for the work and All Phases handled the procurement of a city building permit. Work was performed on schedule, and the electrician was professionable and knowledgeable. The company even scheduled the building inspection and followed through to make sure the inspector arrived as planned. All and all, it was a great experience. I would definitely hire the company in the future.

They were very pleasant and were able to do everything that we needed them to do. Everything is still working, so they did a good job.

My service rep was able to come out soon after the appointment was made, he was punctual, efficient and I thought the cost was reasonable.

Very well, they were prompt and worked until the job was complete. Only one minor miscommunication. I did not know that he was waiting for the AC to be installed before total completion of job.

I like everything about them. Their price was right and they did what they were supposed to do. They cleaned up after themselves before leaving. They're a good company and I would use them again.

All Phases Electrical Contracting were good. They were very polite and professional. They quoted off the prices before doing the actual work.

They were very thorough in their estimate and very cordial and punctual. I received two quotes and I went with the first company because the price was a bit better but they were very similar.

A team of two promptly came to the site and rapidly made the required repairs all in good quality.

Start to finish, the whole experience was great. Even with the changes that had to be made to original plan, all work was done in one day. Clay was helpful with suggestions and ideas. Workers showed up on time and were polite and thorough. Cleaned up everything. Very pleased. Will definitely recommend.

All Phases Electrical worked with our kitchen remodeling company.Clay came out and looked over the work that would be needed and provided us with the estimate. Because this was a remodeling of the kitchen we had Josh and Brian at our house 3 different times because of the type of work that they needed to do. These gentlemen are courteous and professional - do not let their young looking faces deceive you! They ABSOLUTELY know what they are doing. They work quietly, but are very personable (and quite funny) to talk to. They were very kind to my children, who were interested in what they were doing and didn't mind answering a question for them - according to my 11 & 7 year olds Mr. Josh and Mr. Brian were cool, very high praise indeed. This is an honest company that is doing good work and I have recommended them to friends as well as letting the kitchen company know how very pleased we were them and their work ethic. They are the only company I will call if I need an electrician.

Work performed to satisfaction. Service person was late but apologized for taking another service call before my scheduled call. Saw dust and small wood chips were cleaned up to my satisfaction.

The electrician (Josh) was on time, worked very efficiently and displayed a friendly, professional manner.

I schedule the install without getting a quote ahead of time and worked with the office to get the permit. The two electricians arrived on time, my husband explained what we needed done and they got to it. They were not talkative, so my husband was a little concerned (not certain if they understood what he wanted). They worked extremely quickly and amazingly neatly. They drilled out the spots for the conduit and outlets (instead of bashing holes as we have seen others do). You don't often think of electrical as a work of beauty, but this was! They installed two fluorescent lights inside the shed and an external light over the door. They also installed outlets on 3 walls of the shed for the workbench plus an external outlet. They then suggested we dig the trench ourselves to run the electric to the shed instead of them (saving us probably two hours or more of labor). We were able to do it that evening. I called them the next morning and they came back out to run the electric the same day. Inspection occurred the following day and we filled in the trench. They worked us into their schedule very quickly allowing us to get on with enjoying our new shed. We will definitely use them for all our electrical needs!

They were absolutely tremendous. We could not have been happier. They are very reasonable priced and Joshua was prompt. They are wonderful and I would highly recommend them. Joshua did a wonderful job.

Received an estimate over the telephone and scheduled appointment for four days later. Near the scheduled appointment time the service man called to inform he would be late as another job was having trouble. I appreciated his call so I wasn't left wondering. Two service men were very polite, neat, and professional. One of the fans was missing parts so I had to go back to Loews and get another fan. Had to reschedule to install that fan and it was accomplished the same day I called their office. Very reasonable and extremely happy with the quality of work.

Tony returned my phone call and came out to give me an estimate promptly. We then agreed on the price and date to perform the work. There was a miscommunication about the date to perform the work, but Tony rescheduled the work to be performed at my convenience. The quality of the work was excellent and the performance of the craft was professional. I will defiitely use Phaze Electric again.
