(removed member name)Dec 17th of 2013. Service call was for bad recpts in your kitchen that did not work. We repaired your problem and charged you 132.50. We did no work for you on March 16. That was a Sunday, I pulled our phone records and do not see that you called us on that Sunday. We definitely did not do any work for you on that date. Had you called and we received a message, we would have called you back on that Monday when we came into the office. It is possible that the message was lost or did not record. It is also possible that you called One of the other companies that have gone into business using a name close to mine. All Phase Elec, All Phases and In Phase Elec are operating with names close to mine. We are All Phases Electrical Contracting Inc and have been in business for 19 yrs. Im sorry that you did not get a return call. However since you were a repeat customer Im sure we would have called you back, if we had a record of your call. We can be reached by either of our numbers, or via email not to mention Angies List or the BBB. If we can be of service to you please call the office. 407 275 6220. It seems that this complaint is from 4 mouths ago. I would have thought that if it was a relevant complaint you would have contacted or Posted a complaint when this happened. Not wait 4 months.???? Description of Work: Our interaction with All Phases was very pleasant. I requested a visit for an estimate on their website. They were able to schedule me quickly. The gentleman that came was very knowledgeable and friendly. We received a quote promptly for everything we asked for. We ended up choosing another electrician but I would definitely consider All Phases again in the future.

Clay is not one to ignore any customer and as there are quite a few companies that are very similar in name to ours I'm wondering if you may be speaking of someone else.
