Hi [Member Name Removed], I am not sure how you see this as bad business practice. We had advised your property management company to perform a mold assessment prior to starting to get a true look at the source of your mold problem. You did not want to do that. We gave your PM several cost proposals which included getting an assessment. Even sent you a waiver stating you declined mold testing which your PM signed for you. We have not had any communication with you directly. Only the PM. Not sure how we could have served you any better. It is not our fault you know more than we do as a state licensed mold remediator. You chose to cut holes in areas instead of doing testing that would have detailed areas to actually work on. Please pay your bill as it has been due for over a month now.

Very Bad experience I was told by Skylar, who made the appt that it would cost $200 for someone to come out and go over my property and give me an estimate on replacing my damaged garage ceiling for insurance Tiffany , , Salesperson came by and immediately told me that it was going to be now $350 for a written estimate , and for $200 she could give me nothing except a verbal that would not mean anything I was not happy but agreed to pay $350 Then she said that in order for insurance to take her estimate seriously I would have to do water /moisture remediation and i would have to pay $800 I told her to proceed with $350 and if insurance requested more then we could always do that later she refused , demanded that i pay her $800 and assign my insurance proceeds to them and when i said no she walked out She came unprepared , with no ladder to go into the attic and was purely interested in taking advantage of me and my insurance company When i called her manager / owner Rob, he said he would have her get back to me and she never did and he never called back either This is what gives roofing companies a bad name

I would not recommend All American Water Restoration. We payed 24000 for our house paint job and were extremely disappointed with the quality of work and communication from the owner. Rather than going back & forth with the owner on the details - I will just let the photos of his work speak to the quality of this company. Job Number 22-0446-ENV

Unethical business practices, ripping off customers, terrible communication, and lack of sense of urgency or care for the customer. If these are all things you are looking for then you've found the right place. At first they seemed like the right choice given the reviews, the references, and their initial up front approach, but after dealing with them for the past two months I would never recommend them, in fact I would advise you to steer clear and find another company after the treatment we experienced. We constantly had to reach out to follow-up on uncompleted work, when they were coming out, and what was going to be completed, waiting days/weeks on replies, and given the runaround several times. We were given vague responses and treated like second class citizens after we decided to drop our homeowners insurance claim when we knew we wouldn't come close to our deductible and revert to the original agreed upon cash job. Once that happened we weren't treated as valued customers anymore and got the overall impression our job didn't matter because they couldn't make as much money from us without the claim. When it came time to complete the remodel portion and fix drywall after the water damage was dried up and mold removed, we were then told it would cost more than originally quoted in the cash estimate. When that happened we decided we would cut ties with them and have our handyman complete the dry wall repair and repaint for a fair price (half of what they "requoted" us for). We were then told our $500 credit we had prepayed towards the rebuild would be refunded to us and surprise here we wait after many emails, phone calls, and continued poor communication. As a paying customer I was/am extremely disappointed in lack of care, lack of honesty and timely communication, and overall feeling of absolutely being taken advantage of every step of the way. I continue to wait for my $500 refund but I do hope this review sheds light on my personal experience and warns those who intend to do business with them in the future. (Looking forward to the reply to this review from owner/business when they try to save face with the educated consumers reading this review deciding if they should go with them. đź‘Ť Until then, onto filing a complaint with the BBB!)

We had a leak underneath the kitchen sink. All American Water Restoration took care of having the kitchen tested for mold, and did the remediation. I don't know how the service could have been any better! Every person we dealt with throughout the process was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. Yasmin and Rayven handled the administrative work, and both were prompt in response and made sure everything went well and on time. Walid did the remediation and was focused and meticulous with his work. Chris Reed had initiated the work for us, and it was always obvious he cares about his customers, and that it's important to him that they get good service. He made himself available to answer any questions, and was quick to respond to calls and emails. He was great throughout the process. I was given a timetable for the procedure, and it went exactly as they projected. It was a well run job.

August 4: I sign a divorce agreement agreeing to refinance my home. August 12: pipe leak is discovered in my home. All American Water Restoration (AAWR) does the water mitigation and I file a claim with my home owners insurance company (UPC). I pay them $1000 cash (I have the receipt) Aug 13: I bury my father who passed unexpectedly. Sept 8: UPC values the mitigation job at $3,743.44 Sept 9: I begin the refi as ordered in the divorce. My home has NOT been repaired due to AAWR and UPC arguing over the price AAWR charged. I email AAWR and UPC about this and again explain my situation using small words. Sept 14: the owner of AAWR, Rob Supertino, calls and speaks to me about the dispute with UPC. I explain to him again that I am in the middle of a refi and have will hire a public adjuster to get things moving. Sept 15: ten day demand letter is emailed to me Sept 15: lien is filed in Lake County-THE SAME DAY AS THE DEMAND LETTER and while the insurance claim is still open Sept 18: I retain a public adjuster Sept 24: AAWR emails asking for checks the insurance company sent me. I do not know there is a lien at this time. Sept 30: I receive a fedex letter with a copy of the lien This lien is crap and Supertino is attempting to use the courts to force me to pay an inflated bill. The amount is wrong (I paid $1000 cash). I am supposed to close the refi by the end of October. I have until Feb 4 to refi or I must sell the house according the the divorce decree. I have copies of all emails, the independent peer review, and voicemails. I wish I could leave zero starts as that would be the honest rating.

Hi Mr. [Member Name Removed], I am sorry for your experience with my company. But if you recall you selected the vanity that you wanted us to install. The first one you did not like even after you made the selection, so it was replaced with the current one. Once again the actual job was to be $16000 but you had spent $4000 of that on something other than the restoration. Either way I agree that the side splash is not what I would except but this is what had chosen. If there is way we can rectify this please let me know. Thank you.

All American Water restoration was great. When I called, someone picked up quickly. That set the tone for the entire transaction. I told them what happened, and they were on it, QUICKLY. They came out, looked at the damage, walked me through some options, and then once I made a decision for how I wanted to proceed the work crew was there within 24 hours with all the equipment and started taking care of business. Although the air movers were loud, they were effective and dried the walls out quick.

They arrived at my house about 45 minutes after I advised them of my situation. They evaluated my damage and gave me a straight up price and said they'd have me all the equipment I needed within he hour. Sure enough a dehumidifier and multiple commercial floor fans arrived and sat in my room for three days. They came periodically during the 72 hours to check the equipment and were always professional and polite. Needless to say my closet is dry as a bone. Hopefully I'll never need them again, but If I do I'm calling AAWR.
Description of Work: I had a leak from a hot water line in my master bedroom closet. I had water flow for about 4-5 minutes at a significant GPM. This all happened on a Sunday evening at around 11:00 PM. I called AAWR and they were super responsive and professional.

Hi [Member Name Removed], Thank you for taking the time to post these kind comments. In this industry there is a lot of mazes that we have to go through in order to achieve the actual project. This means that the client has to be receptive to this process. You were amazing in this process and I want to thank you for being a great client. We had a water supply line burst late on a Friday night, water traveled from our upstairs bathroom through the ceiling onto the bottom floor. All American was quick to send out mitigation specialists. I was very pleased with how prompt Alex and Damien were. They both explained the process of the dry out and were very attentive to the situation. Upon our check from insurance we then dealt with the restoration crew. Eddie, Rick, and Marshel exceeded my expectations. They were the most respectful workers that went above and beyond what they were supposed to do. I can't give them enough praise. The three of them made this experience why I am rating this company with an A. These guys know what they are doing and they do the job right. If there is any issue they immediately run anything by you and don't just choose to do things a different way without asking our approval. I truly wish that more people had the attitude and work ethic that these three had. We didn't spend as much time with the mitigation workers but they were just as responsive as the restoration crew.

See above. No work actually completed. Very poor experience. Felt like a scam.
Description of Work: I called All American Water Restoration to evaluate a water damage issue in a bath. They were prompt and professional at first. They quoted the repairs needed, but then went on to try to sell me A LOT of EXTRA work. I became suspicious and got other quotes. AAWR turned out to be a LOT HIGHER in price, is some cases DOUBLE. I think that they saw dollar signs because I have a nice house in a nice neighborhood and figured that they could take advantage of me. The quote for the water damage repair seemed high to me, but they tried to persuade me to "get started" BEFORE i got the insurance company approval. I said no, that I would wait till I got the the formal insurance approval. Not to my surprise, the insurance company quote came in at less than half of the AAWR quote. When I called AAWR back and told them, they did not return my calls. I tried for weeks to get them to come out and do the work, but they avoided me. I feel strongly that they tried to take advantage of me during the stress of dealing with water damage, and then were very unprofessional in avoiding the issue when exposed. It felt very much like a scam.

[member name removed] called AAWR out to evaluate a water damage in his jack and jill bathroom where he had noticed an odor coming from one of the bedrooms. Upon the initial visit we recommended that he get a mold assessment done first to determine whether he truly had a water damage/mold problem. He had filed a claim with his insurance company and the adjuster had not come out yet. When the insurance adjuster did come out AAWR had a representative out there to meet with him to explain our findings. The insurance company agreed to repairing the damages caused by the cracks in the exterior of the home. [member name removed] then asked if we could repair the cracks in the stucco and paint the home. He stated he wanted a good paint with a stucco sealer so he would not have to paint his home again. AAWR researched a product from Sherman Williams that met the criteria he was looking for. Yes the quote to use this commercial 50 year paint was rather expensive. While doing the walk through of his home he stated that he had been neglecting the home and wanted to make several changes to his home to bring it back to his standard. So along with the stucco repair, painting the exterior & water damage the initial reason we were there, he asked for us to quote the following items: Paint the interior garage, put gutters on the home, extend drains on the side of the home to the front and back of the home, replace carpet in the main room and the play room, remove a picture window in the great room and frame in the opening, redo stucco in the area of the removed picture window and change the tile to a granite counter top in the outdoor kitchen. In order to receive the proper job costs to achieve the wish list that he put forth AAWR requested bids from a gutter company, a painting contractor, brick mason and stucco company. All together AAWR had representatives at his home to prepare bids on 7 different occasions at no cost to [member name removed]. If the estimate seemed high it is because it was there were several items that I mentioned in one estimate. AAWR broke the estimate down several ways to accommodate [member name removed]. Once [member name removed] had realized that what he had requested to have bids on was more than his budget he decided to break down the projects and get bids but not of like kind and quality. When comparing estimates it is important to look at the product and measure to see if it is of like quality and has the same features. It is easy to receive estimate that are less due to them not being the same kind or quality. AAWR prides itself in having high morals and offering great products and services to hundreds of clients in the past 6 years. Once [member name removed] had found the painting estimate he was looking for he had stopped calling AAWR for further work. AAWR offered everything [member name removed] wanted and all that his complaint was is that it was too high. We performed no actual work and yet have 20 plus man hours in facilitating his multiple estimates with no complaints from AAWR. I do thank [member name removed] for the opportunity to provide the estimates that he requested. Thank you to all who will take the time to read this and please read all the A ratings we have received through Angie's List, BBB and other places you may find All American Water Restoration Reviews.

It went great! They worked closely with my insurance company, who eventually paid for most of the repairs and remodeling. They immediately started drying out the water damage while we waited for the insurance paperwork to be processed. Once the details were hammered out, they came in and ripped out the damaged parts, replaced the floor and shower stall, installed the tile, and repainted. The bathroom now looks fantastic! They are great to work with and did a fantastic job.
