ALBERTO'S HOME IMPROVEMENT

It started off good, but ended terrible. He was not the most timely person as far as showing up. He did the work in about 2 days, which he said would take him one day. Everything was going well until the end. He finished the job until I saw that he made a few major cutting mistakes that needed to be fixed. He made an error and cut too much around the electrical outlet, and then he did not cut enough around the light switch for the the switch cover to be put back on. He came by to look at it and said it was no problem and would come back at an agreed upon time. He never showed up. He said he was sick and after about 5 calls he never returned any calls after. I left him very nice emails and pleaded with him to come back and fix the two cuts which would have taken all but 1/2 hour. I would NOT recommend him as he is unreliable. It is unfortunate, as the initial work he did was beautiful work. What a shame. I had to hire another carpenter to come in and fix Alberto's mistakes.
