I had a disaster on my hands. Both toilets overflowed and there was sewage all over the floor and sewage appeared in the bathtubs too. I've never seen anything like it. Albert came immediately. I can't praise him enough. Professional, courteous, skilled, and very, very nice. The problem was solved before I needed to use a toilet again! Albert is terrific.

Albert responded to my call very quickly and arrived on time. Most of all, he worked very professionally and kindly answered all my questions. He is one of best plumber who I can recommend to my friend.

Very honest and excellent experience. Albert walked me through what he was doing and fixed and issue beyond the call of duty by preventing another issue that may have occurred soon after. Albert arrived on the scheduled appointment time which is a rare quality. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He first diagnosed the problems, it was somewhat complex as I did not have a clean out drain close to the sewer. He did make some recommendations on how to solve the problem, both for the long and short term. I agreed to his recommendations  he immediately went to work. I was very satisfied with all the work he performed. He did a number of projects along with  clearing my clogged drain. I especially appreciated  Albert adding the new clean out drain. If ever I have another clogged drain it will be so much easier to repair. He was very fair with his price. I recommend A&L Sewer and Drain Services and will personally use him for all my plumbing repairs.

Mr. Albert, met above and beyond my expectations. We discussed the actual problem and the possible different scenarios that could be happening behind the bathroom wall. All I knew for certain was that my living room was getting flooded with water. He saved my bathroom tiles and did a opening through my living room. He cleaned, unclogged, replaced tub drain pipe connection with lots of difficulty due to the lack of room, but he DID IT!!!55hrs later we sat one more time and he gave us recommendations on how to maintain our plumbing clog free. Best of all he worked with me by giving me an AFFORDABLE price. Thank you, Albert!
