Al & Doug's Exterior Cleaning

This is the second time I have used this company. Again Ginger was prompt and very personable. Both when I talked to her on the phone and when she came to the house, I told her that I didn't want to risk losing any plants by her using a strong chlorine solution. I told her that I would rather areas go uncleaned than to lose plants. I lost a lot of plants due to chlorine poisoning and she left a wide streak of dead grass in my lawn where she dragged her contaminated equipment across it. She also broke the downspout to my gutter. I will not use this company again.

Ginger was the technician that came out. She arrived 10 minutes before her scheduled time and was a very happy and amiable woman. She did a thorough job, excellent quality and she did it in about 3 hours. The price was amazing! $175. The pressure washing company that I usually use gave me a quote of $475. She was very pleasant, prompt, thorough and inexpensive. What more could I ask? I will be using Al and Doug's next time.
