Thorough & Honest. We originally thought we needed a new hose, but she checked it out, and found that we did not. She tested and cleaned all outlets, and showed us a new brush for another attachment. The fact that she could have replaced our hose at a cost of $150, but honestly showed us we did not need it.

I couldn't have asked for anything better. They came out right away and put in a new vac unit. I had my central vac running within two hours. The rep (Don) was very courteous, friendly, and accomodating. He's definitely a credit to his employer.

He was amazing. I thought at best I would get an estimate, then have to schedule an appointment. He had everything he needed right there, he made the needed repairs and put in a new home vac system and tested the air quality in the house. Made sure all plug-ins worked properly and ran us through operations and how to take carre of the system. We could not have hoped for such quick response to our inquiry. We are elated. Don was the service person sent out, and he could not have been more on top of things. We would definitely recommend him and the company he works for. Outstanding!

Don Martin examined my 17 year old unit. Explained what could be done for for short term fix. I purchased a new unit from him and he installed the same day. Tested it, explained everything. Very reasonable and professional. Would do business with him again.
