Don is a thorough professional. While installing the central vaccum in our existing house, he encountered an unexpected hurdle, to overcome that he had to spend twice the time and efforts. This did not deter him, He completed a very well done job. Explained me all the functions of the new system. Don is a very polite and effecient tech.

Don gave us several options for repair, but we decided to just go with a new system. Don had everything needed on the truck and finished everything within an hour. I was very impressed!

Don was great; thoroughly over viewed the project and gave several options. Installation was done by Don and completed in about 4 hours. A minor problem developed two days after install and Don responded immediately; the system has run flawlessly since. Great job all around!!!

This is a great cleaning system and we are very pleased with it! I personally was not here while the installation was in progress my husband was. He was very delighted in the way Donald performed his job. The only concern was that there were a couple of components missing. My husband did contact Donald. He told my husband that he had over looked the parts in his rush to get to his next job,but, he assured him that he will bring them on Monday,2/22/2010.
