Advantage Roofing, Inc. has surpassed our expectations. Our rep, Tom, was very knowledgeable, forthcoming and patient with our questions and requests. The team was fast and did an excellent and thorough job on the roof. It looks amazing! We highly recommend them!

Advantage was great-they did a complete roof replacement for us and did it all in a week. The crew worked hard and thoroughly cleaned the site at the end of each day. The owner/sales representative was on site often and kept us apprised of progress and issues-good communication and execution throughout the project.

They were very professional, upfront with the cost, and provided written information about the products used upfront. They used only workers they hire and no subcontractors. They are insured. They showed up before the scheduled date with our permission. The quality of the work is superb and they cleaned up as if they had never been there.

Advantage Roofing did my re-roof and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the initial contact through completion, they were prompt, courteous, and professional. The job was completed in the promised time and was priced fairly. Permits were handled and I received a release of lien and certificate of completion without even having to ask. I would 100% use them again.

Advantage Roofing did a perfect job! The whole process was easy and straight-forward. They did exactly what we wanted them to do. They were reliable, efficient, honest, professional and knowledgeable. The new roof is beautiful and they did an awesome job cleaning up our yard. It has been almost two weeks, and I still haven't found any nails anywhere on our property. The price was excellent for the work performed. All the other quotes we got were significantly higher for the same work Advantage Roofing did. We highly recommend Advantage Roofing for anyone who needs a re-roof. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Advantage Roofing did a excellent job on replacing my roof with the Landmark Pro shingles. House was built 2005 and needed replacing, prices were the same as all the other quotes I got from 3 other companies, they came out pulled the whole thing off in a day, replaced a few pieces of board, brought my house to code then put the whole new one on the next day. Very professional, no problems with anything, highly recommend!

Entire process went well, and the crew paid attention to details, going above and beyond. A rain storm threatened during first day of tear-off, but the crew buttoned up securely and with no leaks. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Very professional. Very informative. Answered all questions and addressed all problems quickly and promptly. Included wind mitigation inspection for no additional charge. Price was competitive with other Angie's list recommendations.

The communication was always quick and clear. The owner made multiple trips in person to our home before work began just to make sure we understood everything. The workers showed up early every day of the project and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend them in a heartbeat! The owner even called a couple weeks after the job to make sure we were satisfied.

Had the roof replaced in August 2019 and waited a while to write review. Tom and his crew was great to work with. Overall job is very professional and have had no problems or leaks. I’m a look over your shoulder type of person and I was on the roof A lot looking at the work as it was done. They were very patient with me in that regard. They did a great job with the flashing, rotten wood replacement, drying in the valleys. Shingle nailing was done properly. I’m not so sure I am sold on the new membrane material used as an underlayment versus 30 pound felt, but the majority of roofers now use the membrane. It must be nailed properly and not walked on too much or it will leak. That’s no reflection on Advantage Roofing. If I had it to do again I believe I would request 30:pound felt and double covered. They also did a repair job on my sons tera cotta tile roof. Great price and good repair job. Overall conscientious company and excellent work

In 2 years the NEW roof leaked 5 times, flooding our kitchen floor each time. They were paid $22,000. for the new roof, and after 5 attempted repairs IN 2 YEARS they got it right. Advantage Roofing then hired a restoration company to repair the sheet rock ceiling and repaint it. Paint job turned out lousey and now both are fighting who should pay to correct it. Tom Ringler hung up his phone on me this morning when I pressed him to get this finished once and for all. TWO YEARS and we are out of patience. Advantage also left several other jobs not repaired in our neighborhood when they left and sent their crews to TX never ever again for this company.

The roofer, Anthony, got to work at the appointed time. I stayed at home for a couple of hours to ensure that if he found something suspect that we could review it together. We talked periodically as he was working and he found nothing out of the ordinary. Anthony said it was okay for me to return to work while he finished the job. Everything was completed that same day including the clean up.

Tom is a very knowledgeable individual that understands all aspects of roofing. His crew did a great job. I'm a "look over your shoulder" type of guy and was on the roof when the work was being done and am very satisfied with the quality of the work performed, and the GAF material. Advantage is very focused on customer satisfaction in my opinion. They're the first ones I will call if one of my rental properties needs roofing
