Everything went great

Lightning struck near my house sending a surge through my Comcast line that fried $1500 worth of electronics... Turns out there was a lack of grounding rods installed when buying the house... Then I called Todd. He responded quickly, showed up on time, worked efficiently, and executed the mission according to plan and budget. Thanks to Todd, now when Zeus (God of Lightning) comes around again, I will be ready for him.

First Todd showed up early for the estimate which rarely happens. We then went thru the house as I pointed out the areas that needed to be addressed. He states he was comfortable with the scope & he would likely take 1 full day to complete, his pricing was VERY competitive compared to the big electrician companies that had been to the house earlier plus he did try to upsell me on any additional scope (like replacing all outlets/plate covers to match the new install. I awarded him the job & he should up on time ready to work. When walking thru the scope again I added some additional work & Todd fairly adjusted the price. When his additional staff showed up they went to work quickly. I have an older home so there were plenty of issues however Todd & team provide cost effective solutions. They finished promptly when they said & cleaned up after themselves. I will surely use them again.

Todd was very professional and responsive. Arrived to my home twenty minutes after inquiry call and gave me written quote. He arrived earlier than scheduled and completed job in one day. He was patient and answered all questions I had. I plan on hiring him again for any future electrical work.

Very honest. The price came in less than half than estimated. He gave us several options. I would definitely hire again and am recommending to friends. If you hire him, you will hire someone with integrity.

Todd Miller is awesome to work with, he is also very knowledgeable. I wanted to prepare for the upcoming hurricane season. Todd helped me select a generator for my application. He very cost effectively helped me come up with a safe solution to run generator power directly to my panel, avoiding the need for extension cords running all over my home. We are prepared now and look forward to A/C should we lose power.
