Get out your wallet!! The drain clog was cleared. However, the cost is exorbitant! Gentleman was there less than an hour. No materials spent... all labor. Camera-ed the line in 20' to see where the clog was and to verify condition of the sewer line. snaked ONE time w/ a drill-attached snake in 20' to clear the line. Total cost: $625. Never again. Problem is, they sub out this work. Was not Dan and Sons plumber, so you're really paying double in essence. Everyone wants to get paid! Never again!

Hot water heater replaced in rental unit Work was done which I appreciate however price was never discussed After completion Marshall called me to let me know that it cost $1570 for replacing a 40 ton unit in the garage. Gave me a story about New hot water heaters need to be elevated, piping changed, new nipples replaced and I don’t know what else. The house is only seven years old so the hot water heater was hardly old. I expected around $900 or so, so felt totally ripped off. I’ve spoke to several other companies including the one that referred me to them and everyone is aghast that they charged that much. While I appreciate their promptness I would not refer or use again based on their lack of communication in excess of pricing.

Our toilet had a pretty bad clog. I ended up removing the toilet myself to fix the clog. After removing the toilet, I could see the flange was in awful shape, and beyond my skills. I called in the morning and Chandler was able to come around noon. Our house is quite old with mixed up plumbing. Chandler did a great job replacing the flange and re-attaching the toilet. Adams is my new go-to company for plumbing work.

They responded to our call within an hour. Marshall and Chandler Adams were friendly and professional. And the work was done quickly. Our problem was fixed perfectly and they cleaned up beautifully. The price was also very reasonable. The thank you note we received a couple days later was a nice touch. I highly recommend them.

I have used Adams and Sons several times over the past few years and, as usual, they did the work quickly, smoothly, and professionally. In this case, they repair a leak in my water heater by replacing the defective parts. I would recommend this company to any of my neighbors and friends.

I initally had to wait about a week for Marshall and his son to get here. They were on vacation. Since it wasn't an emergency call, I was OK with waiting. He called a few days before the actual visit just to assure me that he had me on his schedule. They called before they came over and were thorough in completing the job. I've hired Adam's and Son a number of times previously and will continue to hire them. They are trustworthy and reliable. I had them replace a water filter in my kitchen and check for any leaks as my water bill had doubled from the previous month. We believe this was due to a new water metor being installed. He assured me I have nothing leaking on the property.

We had a toilet that was constantly getting blocked up. After consultation with Marshall Adams of Adams and Son Plumbing Service, we decided to replace the toilet with a Gerber Avalanche toilet. Marshall and his Son arrived at the house at the appointed day and time and removed the old and installed the new toilet. They did a very good job and cleaned up after themselves. The new toilet works very well with no blockages thus far. We have had two other jobs done by Mr. Adams over the last few years - the installation of shut-off valves at the toilets, and the replacement of an ice-maker line shut-off valve, and in both cases he did a very good job at a reasonable price in very short order. We also needed to have our central plumbing Manifold Block replaced last year since it was 15 years old and badly deteriorated, and although that is a specialized line of work which Mr. Adams does not perform, he honestly said as much and then gladly put us in contact with another plumbe in that line of work to have the job done. We would recommend his service to anyone in need of a household plumber, and would hire him again without hesitation.

Great (second) experience with this plumber! Had a bathtub faucet fail over holidays (always seems to happen at the worst time), called and left message, got fast response back, came out same day and fixed quickly and very reasonably. Would definitely use again. Courteous, professional manner, very reasonable prices, quick response....what else could you ask for?

Marshall and his son came quickly and repaired leaking pipe. It was running out on to floor. Did an excellent job and cleaned up well.

I have used this company previously. They arrived as soon as they finished the job they were performing, diagnosed the trouble with the existing toilet, showed me several catalogues with suggested replacements, left to purchase the toilet I chose, returned within two hours, and installed the new toilet promptly and efficiently.

Did a very professional and complete job. Diagnosed problems quickly and went right to work to fix them. We also discussed some other perceived problems with our plumbing and he listened and reacted appropriately.

Excellent. Mr. Adams personally did the work. He was very courteous and made sure he understood exactly what I wanted and the work was done to my satisfaction. He also cleaned up very well following the work. His price was a bit more than I had hoped to pay, but the old adage that "you get what you pay for" is always true, and quality work may often be a bit more expensive.

He was prompt, polite and professional. His prices were fair. I would definitely use again.

The actual company is Adams and Son Plumbing. Seems to be a nice family business. Mr. Adams, (the father) was the one who did work on my sink. He is very knowledgeable and explained to me what I should do if it jammed again. He left me a booklet with information and a pen with the company name. Pricing wise was pretty good. I mean I think plumbing in general is expensive but in terms of comparing apples to apples the price was reasonable. He also seems to be very honest. He could have probably told me there was something wrong with my system, replace it, and have me spend a lot more money. Instead he told me the truth and simply fixed the one I have which is relatively new. So, there's definitely something good to be said about that. So I would definitely recommend Mr. Adams and would use him again for other plumbing needs.

HE WAS VERY CLEAN AND METICULOUS. HE TOOK EXTRA STEPS TO DO IT RIGHT. HE CAME OVER AND DID WHAT I ASKED HIM. HE WAS VERY CLEAN ABOUT IT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE HIMSELF WAS NOT SLOPPY. HE WAS CLEAN. HE CAME OVER AND DID THE JOB AND DID IT RIGHT.
