I felt completely comfortable after our conversation having their technician come out even with my husband out of state and a child at home with me. Chris went about diagnosing a seemingly confusing problem wonderfully! He did a fantastic job, telling me about everything to do with the job, as I asked numerous questions. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU FOR MAKING A HORRIBLE DAY WITHOUT A SHOWER SUDDENLY BRIGHTER! I will DEFINITELY use them again for ANY and ALL PLUMBING!
Description of Work: Diagnosed my COMPLETE lack of hot water quickly and efficiently! Chris was professional and actually pretty humorous! :-) He was able to figure out a perplexing problem with excellent problem solving! I would recommend this company to ANYONE!
