Instead of one guy for 2 hours, they sent 2 guys for one hour. They were at the very end of the 2 hour window I was given. I had purchased the necessary outlets and they provided a switch. There was a more time consuming job outside which involved some wire replacement as well. Professional and nice.

With my homeowner's insurance cancellation looming due to a Federal Pacific panel and having called numerous flaky electricians who could not or did not want to help me, Aldo and Roman delivered. They are a father and son team who came through for me and also reworked the wiring in my kitchen for remodel as well as get some down circuits working for me again after we knocked down a wall. Their prices were also fair and reasonable. Just finding an electrician to show up is a task in itself, so if your electricity in trouble, AC/DC Statewide will take care of it for you.

Inspector was 30 minutes late but did call approximately 15 minutes before scheduled arrival time. Courteous and completed the inspection in less than 1 hour. Basis service - would use again.

Labor was purchased on a Angie's List coupon. Materials for the 3 exterior outlets came to $156. Electricians were punctual, professional, personable and got right to work. Did an excellent job and we will use AC DC Statewide for our future electrical needs. Thank you!

I had been having trouble with the electrical at the house, but didn't know what was wrong, because some problems were intermittent. I saw the Big Deal for an inspection, and hoped that it would help find the problem(s). It turned out to be a waste of money, because the person that came out didn't even point out known issues. I wasn't home (my boyfriend was there to meet the inspector), and the inspector was evidently friendly enough, but my boyfriend didn't feel like he was thorough. A couple of weeks later, the electrical in the house stopped working, and we had to have Duke come out to fix it (twice). I think it is possible that the problem wasn't something that an inspector could find because it was intermittent (and Duke failed to fix it on their first visit), but I can say that the inspection was a waste of money for me.

Technically the initial agreement with AC DC Electric was fulfilled. I paid through Angie's list $140 for an electrical review. Aldo performed this service and then provided a proposal for work he said needed to be done, a $3,000 quote. So, I received what I contracted for through Angie's List. My complaint is about later contacts requesting that two light fixtures be installed. We exchanged several e-mail messages with a quote from Aldo, and a confirmation that he accepted credit cards. So, our e-mail works. This was outside the scope of what my original request covered which was simply to perform a review of my electrical facilities. I did receive a call from someone two days ago saying my e-mail was overlooked or posted to spam. The reason I go to Angie's list to begin with is to identify those who can perform work I am unable to for whatever reason. I complained because I was disappointed in AC DC's response regarding needed additional work. He ignored me altogether after quoting through his e-mail account for the light fixture install. It seemed rude. Just tell me no and I'll go forward. So, I'll rely on a neighbor's referral for an electrician just to keep things simple.

Aldo arrived promptly at appointed time. Was very polite and professional throughout inspection. Did not rush and took time to explain his findings. Some outlets were not functioning and showed me how to reset. I was 100% content with his inspection. Hired him to return another time to put in a new whole-house outdoor surger and replace outdoor electrical outlet and cover.

they are slow to call me back. I made 5 calls and have not got a call back. So i cancelled the service

Description of the Deal and what was actually done: - Checking for proper placement of smoke detectors and carbon dioxide detectors (NOT DONE) - Testing all alarms (NOT DONE) - Checking all electrical panels, main breakers, and circuit breakers (PARTIALLY DONE) (checked two panels and if the main electrical cable coming in was loose) - Testing all outlets for proper operation and safety (PARTIALLY DONE) (checked polarity at one outlet) - Inspecting water heater, air conditioner, and furnace to make sure they can be safely disconnected during an emergency (NOT DONE) - Checking GFCI and ARC-fault breakers (NOT DONE) - Evaluating electrical service cable and grounding system (DONE) - Include a post-inspection report identifying areas of safety concern (PROMISED BUT NOT PROVIDED) Total time spent at my residence: approximately 20 minutes. This was no Big Deal in my opinion.

Did all expected work promptly. Left estimate on needed work. Seemed very trustworthy.

I phoned Aldo the electrician and told him I saw his services advertised on Angie's list. I requested a quote on an electrical disconnect panel replacement and a conduit that needed to be "secured" to an HVAC compressor unit. I was told by Aldo that he would stop out the next morning at 9:30AM to provide an estimate. Received a call from Aldo the next morning at 8:30AM and was told he would be about 2 hours late. I had to make "emergency" arrangements to have my daughter reschedule other appointments to meet with Aldo. Aldo arrived and provided a quote. Turned out the quote was more than 50% higher than anyone else. I called Aldo the next day and explained that I would not need his services. He called back about 20 minutes later and left a message in which he attempted to renegotiate a deal with fewer services than originally requested.

Excellent! would recommend this company and will use them again. Great work at resonable prices!

They came on time and completed the job. They fixed the problem and the lights now work. I would use them again.

It worked out great and they came out quickly and took care of my issues. They got the job done in about 3-4 hours. They were very reasonable and they showed up on time and stayed until the job was done. They were very professional and the cleanup was as expected.

Fantastic Father and Son Team! The installation was more difficult than expected, due to the construction being non-standard, but that did not stop Aldo and Roman. Aldo came up with an ingenious plan that was safe and secure. They took great care into planning where they needed to make holes. They were extremely polite and cleaned up all the debris. I will definitely being using them again and will be recommending them to my neighbors. Thanks Guys! GREAT JOB!

I purchased 1 2 hour package. Went well as the electrician completed the repair and checked the outlet in @ 1 hr 40 min

They were on time, they were professional and very efficient. Adding a wall plug to the ceiling required going up into the attic and took about 2 hours. I'm very satisfied with the work and the courtesy of the installers.

Techs called ahead to confirm appointment, arrived on time, went straight to work, cleaned up when finished. New fan looks great & works perfectly.

It went very well. It was a father and son and they worked very well together. They were very thorough and wanted to make sure I saw and understood everything they were doing.

It went fantastic. After buying the AL special deal for the installation of a ceiling fan, we were contacted and scheduled rapidly. The electrician sent was Aldo. He was very professional and got straight to work. I asked that he remove the old fan neatly so I may resell it. He did - very clean, all parts nicely sorted. He installed the ceiling fan we provided perfectly, no wobbling, no problems. I then proceeded to ask for some quotes for other electrical jobs around the house. The prices quoted for some were fantastic, and other little things he took care of on the spot. One of them was that he climbed a huge ladder for me to unscrew a broken bulb in a really, really high light fixture. We had been without that light for almost a year. That was very nice, and I have no doubt that I will be calling Aldo and his company again for any future electrical work. I would also like to mention that this seems be a smaller company, which I'm now am convinced is a benefit. I had previously tried to get a quote from the No. 1 listed company on AL. While the guy who came to do the quote was nice and knew what he was talking about, their price was high. But worse, they were so busy, they didn't seem to care one bit about getting our business. They were almost annoyed when I wanted to get some modified quotes and prices..... and never got back to me. Not so Aldo - he cares about getting the work, making the customer happy, and keeping the customer. Great job, and thank you again for fixing that "high" light!

They checked all of the switches and outlets in the house. Checked the main circuit breaker. They made a list of recommendation of repair items and provided an estimate of repairs.

This deal ended up not what I was wanting.

Very good. They were very professional and finished my job in a timely manor. They will be my go to in the future.
