Description of Work: I bought a commercial property with a house on it.The house has been stripped by transient of all imaginable recycling material from plumbing to electrical wiring.I had to call this company who gave me an estimate to bring the all house back to code.I got 2 more quotes but decided to go with Mr scarlato.He was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but he spent the all week doing the job.He took care of all the details and did not use any shortcut to perform his work.Everything works great and now I am getting the AC install.I highly recommend this business.The quality of work was outstanding and the attitude of the guys was great.good job guys and thanks again
