The process went well. I should have thoroughly read the voucher. I paid an additional $62.

I had a little trouble initially contacting the owner as he was out of town and somehow missed my emails to schedule a date. However, we finally made contact and got the work done. He apologized for his error as I was on his list but somehow got missed. I think a hired hand from the company did clean out the gutters and also picked up the leaves and bagged them when he was done. However, I kind of thought since he was on the roof with a leaf blower, he would have blown the leaves off of the roof as well or at least ask me if I wanted him to do that also. I would have been willing to pay a little extra for that as well. I have to give him credit for working on the roof with the gutters as it was pouring rain on that day and I did give him an extra 20 dollars for doing the work under those conditions. He was soaked after finishing the job. All in all, I would rate this an 'A' as he did the work he was supposed to do for the price, and under some lousy weather conditions.

They did an excellent job. They were punctual, professional, and courteous. The job was completed in a timely manner and looked fantastic on completion.

They responded quickly after I purchased the deal. They were able to complete the work in about two and a half hours. They did a great job.

Provider was hired to clean windows; however, shortly after first contact with the provider, I was hospitalized for a long period, and wasnot able to set up an appointment for the service to be performed. The provider was no at fault in any way, and would still use them should the same deal became available again.

It went really well. I wished I had done this ages ago. Since there were a couple of extra items, french door and sliding door, that I wanted cleaned I paid a little more than the original $99. But it was so reasonable! I couldn't believe how quickly the whole job was done. And it was a job well done too. The two gentlemen made sure the areas below the windows etc., where they cleaned, were clean as well... i.e. no water spills or soap anywhere left anywhere. Very good job!

Overall good job. We just purchased and moved into the home... the gutters were packed solid with debris and leaves. The service man, did a great job clearing and hauling away the debris.

The service turned out fine. There was only 1 small issue. When they cleaned the windows I asked if they would wipe out the track in the bottom. They said they would but it did not appear so. I called them about it and they were happy to come back out to make sure the track got cleaned. The technicians were nice and did a great job. I would use this company again in the future.
