Description of Work: Cleaned our screened pool enclosure and decking. It went great! There was a little mix up with the appt time but they took care of that right away, they were prompt, mannerly and did a great job! It looks like new again! I would definitely use and recommend them!

I had to call twice to remind him of appt and he was 3 hours later than he said he would be. Once he got to home, he did the job. Even though we had several snafu's, I would use him again. Very nice man.

Description of Work: They showed up two hours late with no call ahead. The company subbed out the work to someone else. The work was satisfactory though and the guy who showed up did do a good job and was professional.

Description of Work: I want this confidential. Ido not want my name used. |I thought I would see a professional truck with company name and crew with company name or Idensification. Oh no he was an 8$ an hour for hire person in a car with a little trailer behind. He scooped the leaves out with his hands until I gave him a pair of gloves. Will never use Angie's list . I never saw anything that had a company name on it.. Looks good in the ad not what you get. I could have gone to the day labor Poole myself and hired him. No more Angie's list for me. They are not well regulated as to who is actually doing the work . Anyone can look good in an ad. You need to be in the field and see who comes to the house to do the work. Sub contracting the job out for 8 $ an hour was not what I thought the ad said .as you can tell first time to use and never again. I will call the company on my own. And know that is who will come out before I sayyes.
