Description of Work: ABC Window Cleaners cleaned my windows in 2014. At that time, I was satisfied with Terry Barnette's work. Our deal was that Terry Barnette would only clean the exterior of the windows and the window sills. I would take care of the window interiors and the screens. Our agreement this year was the same. This year Terry had a helper. They showed up on July 10 about 9:45 AM and completed their work by 11:30 AM. My house has 38 windows, 3 French and 2 sliding doors. After they were finished and left the house, I commenced cleaning and placing in the screens. I was highly disheartened when I saw streaks and smears on some the windows. One of the windows was missed altogether. Apparently, Terry and his helper were in a hurry and failed to quality control their work. Therefore, I didn't put in the rest of the screens because now I have to clean the exteriors of some of the lower windows first. ABC Window Cleaners didn't perform as I expected and I will not have this contractor to clean my windows again. This is why I am giving ABC Window Cleaners a very poor rating.

Warren its all in the paperwork on the first page of the deal you bought. it called for extra price for sills and tracks. you expressed no desire to pay extra for the extra work. This is the first I have heard about any of this. Just today I went back to a job to take care of a concern as I do on all my jobs. As to a missed window and streeks , all you had to do is call me. I did not complain that it takes 18 minutes to get through gate where you live.or that we had to wait for you to pull the screens after we arrived at the job. And you paid 99.00 for a big deal not 150.00 as you assert. how in the world can I be in a hurry when I had to wait on two levels. I did the work on your terms and the terms of the big deal. Spent extra time to do the job. Did not charge you extra for the 2 nd story windows also terms of the contract. bogus review . I agree I will not be back to your house when the only profit is a good review.
