Description of Work: Cleaned and checked gutters

Description of Work: Pretty good,some places done a little too fast. Gave them a big tip.

Description of Work: All the windows in the house were washed inside and out...a total of 20 windows. Also had two gutters cleaned out of old leaves and debris. I used the $149 special for 12 windows; the $139 special for the gutters; and had to pay $110 for the additional windows to be cleaned.

Description of Work: They were contracted to clean the windows and window tracks. When they got to the house the owner immediately told my wife their would be an increase in the cost due to the number of windows. She agreed to the increase. The windows were spot cleaned and the window tracks were not even touched initially. When my wife questioned the assistant, he got rude with her stating that he did not have any water. She showed him where the water was and he commenced to cleaning the tracks. In the process he broke part of the blind on one window. The owner compensated us for the blind by not charging the additional amount. When he left the windows looked awful and will need to be cleaned again. This is something that I will do myself at this point. DO NOT USE!!!

Description of Work: Left two messages for Terry on his voicemail over a span of two weeks. My phone call was never returned. In my messages I left my contact information as well as my address. Not sure how he can maintain an 'A' grade on Angie's List and not return phone calls.

Description of Work: Washed windows inside and out. They did an excellent job. This was the second year I used them.

Description of Work: Went fine. Very nice people. Turned out to be a super-simple, 5-min. cleaning of the sole gutter (21') on the back of my townhouse: small piece of broken wood (!) created a leaf-jam where gutter meets downspout. But it didn't solve the leaks behind & above gutter all along the insulated roof. I was sorry to hear him say they don't fix where the gutter attaches to the roof. He said it may be the flashing or caulking. So while this was a partial fix in my case, I'd recommend them.
