As stated above, Terry was courteous, prompt and came the day he scheduled. The work was quality work, thorough and they finished the job promptly and left the house looking better than when they arrived!

I really don't like strangers in my house, especially first time service providers. My husband was at work and I was on vacation - so I was IT. I felt comfortable with Terry immediately - so comfortable I continued working on my online Professional Development Class. They were fast - a little over an hour for 1,700 square foot house with 2 normally sized windows and 10 large windows plus 8 foot sliding door. We have a lot of glass. We have new windows on the south and west sides. My husband cleaned the roof or something right after they were installed, didn't rinse the windows and I have never been able to get rid of a greasy, filmy look no matter what I did or used. The windows all (even the old ones) sparkle the way I like. Terry did the inside of the windows and he wore hospital booties whenever he came inside. Cleaning up after cleaning people is a pet peeve of mine (I used to have a cleaning service) so it was greatly appreciated since I had cleaned the floors the day before. I asked Terry for his business card and he also does roof cleaning, pressure cleaning, etc. As meticulous as he is, I would hire ABC in a heartbeat. Heck, I would hire him to clean my roof after he cleaned the windows.

I found this company to be very professional. Terry came out and gave me an estimate with a fair deal on the coupon offer that they had. They showed up on time the day of the service and were prompt and courteous. Was very pleased with the results. I would surely use them again.

The windows were sparkling clean. I wasn't here when they were actually here, I was out of town, but when I came back they were sparkling clean. They did an excellent job, I think. They were excellent and the price was good.

It went great. Even though Terry was working alone and had more jobs to do that day alone, he took his time to do a very through job. The windows are spotless inside and out and gleam better than new. The screens are all clean and appear almost invisible on the window.

I will definitely hire ABC again. Terry is a skilled professional - timely and very thorough. Found ABC through an Angie's List Big Deal for $99. I will be hiring ABC next year at full price - this service is a very good value. Thanks again Terry!

The job was not completed due to the owner's non-response to confirming day to come do the work.

Probably the biggest reason for my lukewarm review and disappointment of the $99 Big Deal is that I had no idea what the term "14 standard 2 pane windows, including sills on first or second story" actually meant. I think it would have helped me if the big deal had defined "standard 2 pane windows" by using approximate dimensions and better description. Also perhaps my own fault, I made the assumption that my windows would be cleaned inside and out and that was something I was wrong about, too. The Big Deal did not say it was for both Interior and Exterior but on the other hand, it did not say Exterior only, either. Anyway, after he got here I had to make a choice on my priority to get my $99 worth so I chose to clean only the exterior windows that face the street. That is when I was informed that I would still need to pay an extra $17 to get the one high arched foyer window cleaned on the inside, too, which I accepted. The proprietor was nice and professional but as I go back and look at the "Bonus" for this deal, it says up to "2 exterior light fixtures" cleaned as part of the deal. I only have one light fixture by my front door and it was cleaned but when I asked how much he would charge to change a very high light bulb in another fixture, which took a tall ladder to change, he said an additional $8.00, which I also accepted but perhaps a good will gesture on his part might have been to throw that in since it only took a few minutes but ...oh well. Admittedly, my window frames were very dirty but if the work done was a $194 value, I feel the value is very poor. I have had every window in my house cleaned for just a little bit more than that. In other words, the "BIG DEAL" was really not much of a big deal but about $99 standard for the amount of work done.

I purchased the big deal for window cleaning. I called twice and emailed and never received a response. I am disputing this charge on my credit card and do not want this service (if I was ever going to get it to begin with).

Terry Barnette has been working for me for at least ten years and he does my windows once a year. He is an honest, great guy. He washes windows inside and out and all my screens. He is meticulous. He makes sure the people that are working for him are really good. I always get the same product from him and he always does excellent work. I would use him again in the future.
