Terry, the owner, contacted me very shortly after I purchased the special, and set a time at my convenience to wash my windows. He was running about 10 minutes late, but called me before his scheduled arrival time and let me know, which worked out very well. He and his employee worked efficiently, cleanly, and skillfully, and my windows look great! The sills are clean, the window frames are clean, the screens and windows inside and out are spotless. I had a few more windows than were covered by the special, but that additional cost was mentioned in the special and discussed up front, and it was well worth it. Terry went above and beyond by using WD-40 on my screen slider to help it glide more easily; he took some time with that, and I very much appreciated it. This is a successful small business that Terry started decades ago, and after chatting with him for a few minutes, observing his work ethic and the job he does, I see why he has so much repeat business. I will be calling him again.

Terry Barnette of ABC Window Cleaning did exactly what he advertised--and several windows more! We're new to Orlando and I have been using Angie's List to locate reputable, dependable, FAIR vendors for various services. Mr. Barnette has an exact price list of what he charges for the various size windows, screens, tracks, inside and/or outside cleaning, etc. He did a thorough job of explaining his pricing, and when he left, I had a precise, written estimate for what it would cost to clean all the windows in our house. Mr. Barnette does more than just clean windows--he offers power cleaning for pool enclosures and decks, driveways, sidewalks, etc. The front porch and steps of our new home are marble, and had a layer of mold and mildew in various spots. For a reasonable fee, he tackled that chore while here for the window cleaning, and now our porch and steps are finally clean. His special package price of $99 covers (if I recall correctly) 12 regular windows--which is usually any window that can be cleaned without use of a ladder. It was a great deal--a good intro and a good way to showcase his services, and he did a wonderful job. I can certainly recommend Terry Barnette at ABC Window Cleaning, and I plan to utilize his services in the future.

They were right on time and did a fabulous job on all my windows! I had a sticky film on the outside of some of the windows and they didn't hesitate in simply removing it and finishing the cleaning job. They've probably never been so clean! This service far exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

Scheduling went very well and it was easy. There were at least three or four cleaners to do the work. They came in and did the job fast. It was not a deep cleaning on the windows but the work they did was fine.

He arrived early and spent an enormous amount of time cleaning both inside and outside of the windows. The windows were spotless.

Moved all the furniture and other things out of the way to do a thorough cleaning. Took extra care to not get any harmful chemicals into the koi pond.

The services were performed quickly and efficiently and the windows were spotless when the job had been completed. I have a two story wing and some standard windows and some large pane windows. I would most definitely use this company again to clean my windows:)

The window cleaning was completed quickly to include washing my screens. It is great to have all of my wondows clean at once. Terry has a system and method born of many years of experience, and it works very well. I was especially grateful that the appt was scheduled several months ago, and he showed up on the scheduled day with no reminder needed - that seems to be rare with many of the service providers that offer big deals, so I was extremely happy, and will call ABC window cleaning again.

Everything went very well. They showed up on time, were professional, worked quickly and thoroughly. They did everything that was promised and the quality of the work was very good.

I don't typically do surveys or write reviews but I felt compelled to share my FANTASTIC experience with ABC for two purposes: help Terry in obtaining new business and for future customers. He and Keith went above and beyond paying such attention to detail and even pointing out the cause of my roof leak. Terry also found a window unlocked and took the time to show me and teach me how my particular windows work and why my alarm was not sounding. He is the business owner and truly takes pride in the job he performs and customer service. I will be a loyal customer forever.

It went very well. They were very thorough and did what I asked them to do. The cost and their professionalism was good.

He cleaned our outside windows and all stains on those as much as possible. I am happy about the service.

This is hard for me to explain. I didn't know what I was doing. I'd never had anyone clean my windows before. He was great, kind, professional, easy to have in my home. My windows, however, on this recently foreclosed house were way worse than what a normal window cleaning job would clean. That's what the Big Deal was, for normal windows. My home sat empty for 9 months, and hadn't been taken care of before. Had I known to ask for the more expensive, intensive job, he would have charged me more, but scraped the windows with a razor blade, etc. for heavy, HEAVY cleaning. Had he started off with "cleaned and scraped" windows, this would have been good. I'll use him again, as I've gone back and scraped most of the windows. Paint, hard water stains, they were a mess. Does that make any sense? He's good and I give him an A and I'd hire him again. I just didn't know what I needed!

I wasn't thrilled. They came on time and came at my convenient time. They didn't look around and suggest anything more. I had to call them back because at least one of the windows was obviously not cleaned. I was disappointed with them.

It was okay. Two guys came and did a nice job but when I reflect back they really didn't do anything special but washed the windows which is basically what I paid them to do. They were fine. There were no extra charges beyond the big deal amount. They did a very good job and were very straight forward. We were completely satisfied with the results. The fact that I probably should have done it myself is not relevant to that but they scheduled a time and they came at the right time and did a very good job. Two very nice gentlemen, couple of seniors actually, interestingly and they did a great job! They were very friendly and asked us about moving a few things and such.
