I purchased through Angie's big list, the customer was supposed to contact within 2 days, he did not. I had to reach out to him first. I gave him dates that would work. He emailed said he was busy, but would call me. He never called me back. After some days went by, I called him and I was told on the phone he's not sure how I was able to purchase, also told me he was too busy to come and do the pool area, because he mainly worked in Winter Park. After several attempts to get this service, I gave up. All l can say is too little too late. I did get a refund, but the customer service for the provider was not good at all.

It's so nice to look out the very clean windows and see what's going on. He said he would be at our house at 8am and sure enough the door bell rang exactly at 8am. Very impressive. Thorough and professional.

The owner of the company and his assistant arrived 10 minutes early and went right to work cleaning my windows inside and outside. They were professional and respectful of my home taking pains not to walk on my carpets with their shoes. The windows were clean in less than one hour inside and out! I recommend them to anyone who wants to be able to see clearly out their windows.

Terry did a great job! He was reasonably priced and my windows look beautiful. I would use him again.

Wonderful. One gentleman did the exterior and another did the interior. The person doing the interior put booties on to preserve the integrity of our home. He was very friendly, yet professional. The job was done well.

It looks beautiful. They were prompt and pleasant. Very professional. They protected my plants and patio furniture, etc. I am looking forward to hiring them to do more jobs for me.

Awesome! I didn't even need to be home for the service to be performed. I was shocked that they were able to clean our deck at well as they did. I would definitely recommend this vendor and would use their services in the future.

He was running late from previous job so I had to cancel the first appointment (my fault). The second appointment it was raining so bad that we both agreed to postpone. They were right on time with the third appointment and went right to work. And did an excellant job.

I bought a 1/2 price deal on Angie's List and when I emailed ABC to schedule, he said it would be a week before he had time. I replied that I was having a party that Sunday and if he could fit me into his schedule, it would be great. However, the price was very resonable, so I told him if he couldn't, that was OK. He made a special effort to fit me in. I was at work when they arrived but my neighbor saw them at work and was so impressed by the job they did that he asked me for their information. I was very pleased to have it done for my party.

He showed up on time and did a great job. The windows looked beautiful.

It took several tries to get the appointment and it then took another try or two, mainly due to weather, to actually get the job done but once they arrived the job was done fast and professionally.

I am almost afraid to recommend because he will get too busy to come back!

Scheduling was fine. They were very accommodating and punctual. They called ahead of time. The price was fair.

There may have been additional costs to have that many windows done. The work was good, but I had bought the coupon and they didn’t seem very interested in the Angie’s List aspect of it. They actually went on a rant about Angie’s List. I needed the work done quickly. It was a rushed job, but they complied and were professional when they came to do the job.

Contacted me promptly to schedule the work. Showed up on time and was very professional. I was pleased with the results.

Arrived on schedule and went straight to work - I added a couple requests he was not expecting but Terry did it all. I will definitely use his services again.

.It went very well, they were able to work around my screens that could not be removed due to plantation shutters and still clean the windows and screens. They were very effecient, worked quickly and produced a great outcome. I will use them again to have my pool deck and screen pressure washed.

Cleaned all windows inside and in a large house that has plenty of them! We will have them back on an annual basis. Excellent work. They were right on time, very polite and professional.

We found ABC on Angie's list and contacted them for an estimate on the window cleaning, and pressure washing. Terry came out within a few days and left an estimate that we thought was very reasonable. Terry and his assistant arrived on the day we scheduled exactly on time and got to work. They cleaned the windows completely and cleaned all of the grime off our our gutters and soffitts as well as the complete exterior of our home and pool deck. I knew the windows were dirty, but wow! What a difference!

Very happy with services. Would use again.
