+ -1 moreAaron has been doing my pressure washing for years. He is very prompt, available on short notice, and very courteous and professional. He works hard and does a great job. His prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend his work.
Description of Work: Aaron Chance pressure washed my driveway, my front sidewalk and porch, and my front windowsills. He spent a lot of time on it and removed some stubborn stains. He brought his own bleach and used it on the worst places. It all came shiny clean!

+ -1 moreAfter we negotiated a price, he immediately got his equipment and began work. He was finished in about 1 hour and the deck looked wonderful!
Description of Work: Stopped by house and asked about pressure washing driveway. Asked him to do the pool deck and he quoted $40. He did a very thorough job cleaning the pool deck.

+ 0 moreHe did a great job, and was extremely thorough. He was recommended to me from my neighbor, whose used him twice (though he's not an Angies List user, hence no reviews). I will use him again moving forward.
Description of Work: A full powerwash of my pool deck (painted concrete and brick) - included the walking surface and all walls (outer and inner) as well as part of the wall that extends from the pool. We had algae, mold and debris.

+ -1 moreMr. Chance does a really good job. He works hard to get at every spot, including trying different cleaners on tough stains. He is quick to respond to calls. This is just a guy with a van and some pressure washing equipment, trying to make a living. I'm not sure he's licensed, bonded, and insured, and my guess is he's probably not. He does have a marked van, a uniform, and business cards. Quite frankly, I hire him because I just like the guy. He has always given me a good price, been very polite and professional, and done great work. He has been at it for at least four years that I know of, and I see him regularly in the subdivisions in my area. He's an entrepreneur and an honest man, and I would like to see him succeed.
Description of Work: Mr. Chance pressure washed the front of my house, the sidewalks and driveway, and my 10' x 40' back patio. He came the same day I called, did a great job, got some rust stains out that I did not think would come clean, and cleaned up behind himself.
