AAA DRAIN CLEANING SERVICES

On October 27th, I called the owner and told him that I had discovered a problem with his work when my houseguest turned the shower on in a guest bathroom...the hot water was cold and the cold water was hot. When I spoke to him, I asked him to come out and fix the problem and he said that he would. During this conversation, he never indicated that his company hadn't performed the service in question. He led me to believe that he would send a worker out to fix the issue. Between October 27th and November 14th, I called the owner on approximately 4 occasions, leaving him messages to please call me back. Finally on November 14th, I sent him a text message advising him I would have to give him a negative review on Angie's List if he didn't contact me and arrange to resolve the issue. I immediately got a text message response indicating that his company had not in fact performed the work in question. His response was,"we didn't install your shower valves". Now if that were truly the case, I don't understand why he wouldn't have disclosed this to me during our initial phone conversation on October 27th. That being said, he then said, "you have some gut texting me after you LIED to me about taking my meter key only to find it in your garage. I don't do business with THIEVES." I advised him that I hadn't stolen a tool of his and wasn't even sure what it looked like or how to use it. I suspect what may have happened, was that another contractor found the tool and put it in my garage. I certainly wouldn't steal anything. To be accused of this by the owner, Carlos, was not only unprofessional but highly insulting. One wouldn't steal something, contract with the company to perform additional services, and leave the item in plain sight knowing that they were coming to my home again to do work.. While AAA Drain Services pricing is cometitive, the owner's total lack of respect and professionalism makes it impossible for me to be able to refer this company in good faith. I too am in business for myself and would never treat a client with such disrespect.

We originally called AAA Drain to inquire about drainage problems on our property. Carlos clearly explained what he could do to alleviate the four problem areas we have. We are currently having gutter, soffit and exterior painting done and should be ready to tackle the drainage issues in mid October. The water heater installation WH installation very well done and we appreciated the removal and haul offs. We are very satisfied with the work done and will contact Carlos regarding the drainage work needed.

I called Carlos because my sink drain was clogged. He was able to come by right away and take care of my clogged drain. I appreciated the fact that he went out of his way to come late in the day to do the job. Thanks Carlos and Luis!
