I had a bathroom shower that nearly never gets used, and in-laws show up for the Thanksgiving holiday. The cartridge was frozen in place harder than I've ever seen, and upon trying to remove it myself, I nearly broke it off inside the valve housing. I called Tony late Saturday afternoon, he called back in about 5 minutes. He came out very first thing Sunday morning, had the cartridge replaced quickly, was professional, provided me a few good tips, and even discussed some other projects I have in mind. I would definitely use again and recommend.

We have used them before with a plumbing leak and the job was done well. No complaints. On the last job, the only hitch was that the new tub had to be installed twice due to some mix-up between the tile guy and the plumber. They charged us to pull the tub twice which I didn't feel they should have. But the tub was installed finally and has been ok. I will also say, they stayed on to help figure out a problem with the glass shower and didn't charge us beyond what the tile guy already had charged.

Tommy Greenan is the owner. He had a good team with him. They did the work quickly and professionally. I had no problems. I needed a little follow up afterwards and he was very quick about getting here to do that. Everything works fine and I would definitely hire him again. I wanted to get him to do the irrigation work, but he said he's not certified to do the irrigation work.
