+ -1 moreThe owner just told me what was wrong with the device and walked off. I had a company do some work first and then I started getting super high light waves indicating that a lot of energy was saving. What had happened was that they had put off the new air conditioning thermos. It was not working and I asked A1A to come and resolve it. However, he just came and told me that the problem was with the thermos and left. They called me day and night like a bill collector wanting to come back and I have asked them again and again to take my name off their list and they have not done that. It has come to the point of harassment now. I do not want to use them now because they did not help me earlier. I am not happy with them at all. They call me every day and are not being professional.
Description of Work: I used A1A Appliance Inc eight months ago to repair my air conditioner.

+ -1 moreIT WAS EXCELLENT. HE WAS VERY GOOD, VERY FRIENDLY, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WHY HE WAS DOING IT. THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT BECAUSE I ONLY PAID $45 SINCE THE REST IS COVERED BY INSURANCE.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO PUT IN A NEW PIECE ON A DISH WASHER.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO SOMEONE IF THEY ASKED. THE PROFESSIONALISM WAS EVERYTHING YOU WOULD EXPECT. THEY HAVEN'T HAD TO COME BACK FOR ANYTHING.
Description of Work: THEY DID A REPAIR ON A REFRIGERATOR. THE ICE MAKER KEPT CLOGGING.
