A Sliding Door Repair

Dylan and another staff came. Identified the issue immediately. Dylan was able to fix the issue within 30 minutes. Will hire again.

Dylan was a repair young man and he was fantastic. They were courteous. They came out and readjusted the sliding door. They even put the new wheels. They know their business and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable. They will explain everything on my concern. I would recommend them to neighbors.

Fantastic! I received a call within a few hours of placing my request even though it was the eve of Thanksgiving. I was given a date for them to do the work and a good idea of the cost. All of the calls that came in after (most up to a week later) were told "too late, the work is done". The workmen were cordial and professional and completed the job in under 1/2 hour. They really exceeded expectations!

They repaired all my doors and were very professional. Definitely will hire them again. The price was reasonable for the repair. I was afraid that I would have to replace the doors, but they installed 3 new locks and put the other doors back on track.

It went well. The replace the slider at the bottom. The guys did a real good job , timely and quick. It was good.

It went very smooth after we hired this company. We had two sliding patio doors that were overdue for repair. The tracks needed repair but door wheels were the main problem. The two people that came to do the repair were on time and were very professional. They completed the job quickly and cleanly. I would recommend this company to everyone that has a sliding door problem. I wished that I called them sooner!

Family was arriving and this slider was to be their primary entry nd exit. I had one day to get this fixed and ASDR understood and made it happen. I was unable to be home when they were available and I left the house door open for them. When I returned the slider moved like brand-new, everything was left perfectly clean, and family arrived 10 minutes later to a slider that their 4 year old enjoyed opening and closing as she went in and out of the pool area. ASDR demonstrated high interest in getting this small job done and high initiative to do it quickly and correctly. They proved to be completely trustworthy and took care of all the details as if this was their own home. Doors were restored to as new sliding condition. Employees were professional and explained exactly what they were doing.

At my request they called 45mins., prior to arriving to make sure someone was home. The 2 man crew removed the doors, cleaned out the existing track and replaced the rollers on the 2 doors. The doors glide in the track now, no muscle needed.

Door was impossible to open. Now works like brand new. Very impressed with their service and price was really reasonable.

Great. The two guys who showed up were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, etc. Took time to explain what they were doing. Got the work done in less than 30 minutes and my door works perfectly again. Roller repair seems to be most of what they do, but they do it well! Would certainly recommend them!

The two gentlemen who came to my home arrived on time and got right to work. They explained what they were going to do clearly and were finished within the time estimate I had been given on the phone. They did a fantastic job and while they were here they were very respectful of my home, cleaning up well after they completed the work

I called from work in the afternoon, did not leave a message, but they called back. They came out later in the afternoon and quickly made the repairs.

I called Michael on phone, as luck would have it, his crew was working less than 10 minutes away. They called and arrived within the hour. Replaced rollers in door. Repair crew was polite, professional. Pricing seemed a bit high for what was provided. Rollers couldn't have cost more than $7.00 @ local hardware store, so its a high margin repair business. But that's ok, its the American dream to have a business that makes money. Saw advertisement in Home Mag...crew didn't leave me the free glass cleaner that was promised. I'll survive.

Went very well from making the appt. with Mike to actual work completed. When I called on a Thursday Mike said he'd call back to confirm whether repair could be completed on the following Monday or Thursday. On Sunday he called to confirm a Monday service date. Two guys showed up and both were very pleasant and professional. The work was completed in a timely fashion.

But the guy the came out was very nice and his referral was very helpful.

Very Professional repair on sliding glass door that had been inoperative for many years. Restored it like new for a very reasonable cost!
