Description of Work: Installation of complete AC unit inside and out. Installers were very punctual and professional. They did a great job and the installation is clean, the unit runs perfectly. All in all, a great experience. I feel like I have a company that I can rely on for years to come.

Description of Work: Very prompt, answered all questions I had before service, filed rebate forms for me, took time to show how to operate system. Received follow up call and mail. They were not the cheapest but also not the most expensive, were rated high on Angie's List and BBB. Also googled them to see if any complaints were floating around out there. So far very happy.

Description of Work: 4 Seasons Air Conditioning replaced my heat pump. I chose this company because of the thorough way they evaluated the needs of my home, and because they LISTENED to what I wanted. I knew I wanted to upgrade my system to a more energy efficient system. I also told them about other improvements I plan to make to my home (new windows and insulation). The representative heard me and actually recommended a 3 ton unit with 16 searles. Other companies recommended more expensive units that were 4 or 5 tons, but they did NOT look in the attic at the insulation or take into account anything but the size of my previous unit and the size of my home. | |The installation took place in one day. The installers were polite and courteous. | |Following the installation a representative from Duke Energy came out to double check the intallation, and said everything was working fine. I received a $150 credit on my energy bill within a few months of the installation. It was no trouble at all since 4 Seasons filled out and submitted the paperwork for me. | |I had a very good experience with this company and recommend them to others.

+ -1 moreWE WERE WITHOUT AIR FOR 2 DAYS, BUT 4-SEASONS SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I THOUGHT THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT WISH THEY HAD EXPLAINED THINGS MORE. THE TECHNICIAN WAS THOROUGH AND FAST. HE HAD MY AIR GOING IN 20 MINUTES. HE WAS ABLE TO DETERMINE THE PROBLEM QUICKLY. HE HAD ALL THE TOOLS AND GAUGES TO CHECK EVERYTHING OUT.
Description of Work: THE TECHNICIAN UNFROZE THE UNIT, RESET THE FAN SPEED AND DID A GENERAL CLEANING OF THE AIR CONDITIONER.
