We bought a house that had been neglected for a long time, and had 2 unsupervised dogs puddling in various locations. The urine stench was significant, and the stains from red wine, urine, rust, and damp furniture legs were pervasive. Before moving in, we had to have the carpets cleaned -- budget would not permit carpet replacement. Dan used his super duper cleaning techniques and was able to remove 90% of the stains, all of the urine stench, and make it livable. A total of 7 rooms were cleaned @ $50 per room.

Their work was very good. The standard of their work was of the highest quality. The pricing was very reasonable. I have no complaints on their professionalism and attitude of their work. They were very punctual and professional. They were quite prompt in everything they did. I was very happy with their work. I will definitely re-hire them.

Danny was awesome. Arrived on time, was very professional and took pride in his work. The upholstery turned out just great, not brand new looking but close to it! The carpet was of a huge concern to us, since we are about to list our home for sale and really didn't want to have to put in new. The carpet came out better, much better than expected! Prompt, efficient and very good communication from very friendly people. We could not have found anyone better.

Simply called to see if they could have someone come out to help me figure out what is going on with my baseboards. They are starting to peel away from the wall. The lady that answered the phone first answered with "hello" so i thought i was calling a regular land line. After explaining to her that i just wanted someone to come out to view my baseboards she began to ask me a variety of questions with a tone that was rather rude. I have never felt so undermined. I explained that i am really trying to explain to her the situation but i'm not an expert nor have i ever had to deal with a matter such as this. She then went on to say they are so booked because of the hurricane and that people are working 20+ hours a day and that she needs to know if it is even worth it to come out. I understand that everyone is busy and that this is a hard time for many people and i would never try to take workers away from other jobs, however i wouldn't of minded if she could have fit me in later in the week instead of simply trying to see if i was worth it. Very disgusted and unsatisfied.

3D Restorations did a fabulous job and worked hard with our landlord to do the job at a price the landlord would agree to, but also making sure it was done well. We would not have been able to resolve our water issue without them.

The guy texted when he was on his way, and arrived here on time, after a full day of jobs. He was absolutely lovely. Polite and professional. He checked walls all through our house using three different instruments. He explained to us what he was using and how it worked and what it was showing. Luckily, he found only one damp spot, and he told us it was nothing. I was AMAZED that he did not try to cause us panic or gauge us, or rent us equipment that we didn't need. He ended up not getting one penny for coming here late at night on a Friday and he still was smiling and kind. I would 100% call this company again; have their number saved in my phone!

3D Restorations came out to give us a quote on mold remediation for a home we are purchasing. They were able to help us out with our tight timeline and come out same day to review the mold issues and provide a quote (no other company I spoke with would do that). Danny was super helpful and we learned a lot about mold and what to look out for. I think its a mark of a good business (and great people) when they are more concerned with helping/educating than making a sale. They were fantastic and have my highest recommendations, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

Great. He can out promptly and gave us full information about the extent of water intrusion and damage. He explained the the white stuff on our grout was not mold, but some sort of chemical that comes out when it gets wet. (I don't recall exactly.) He also gave us an estimate for him to correct everything. In the end I determined that I could do the drying out and repairs myself. I appreciated very much his openness, honesty and professionalism. I would certainly use him again, as you need someone who is prompt, who is professional and whom you can trust in situations like this.

Arrived within the hour as promised. Reviewed options, was very thorough, and completely reliable - called before arriving, did what he said he was going to do.

Danny went above and beyond! The first company that the insurance company sent was a catastrophe. They were damaging walls that weren't even part of the project. Danny listened to me. He worked hard to help me save cabinets, granite, and a backsplash that the first company was quick to tell me to dispose of. He went of our his way to keep our home flowing as 'normal' as possible given the challenging situation we were facing. This is who you want to work with in a home flood or damage situation! He is kind, calm, hardworking, and take pride in what he does. Can't recommend him highly enough..

It went great. Danny has done this for us several times and he always does a great job. He has the two qualities that are hard to find: he has a clue and he cares. I am happy to recommend him.

Within an hour of calling 3 D Restoration, Danny arrived to begin removal of water that had spread through the majority of my home from a refrigerator water line leak. He worked late into the night removing the excess water and setting up industrial fans to begin the drying process. Over the next five days he handled the necessary demo work, monitored moisture content in the walls along with his equipment readings, and adjusted placement of his fans and dehumidifiers to dry everything as quickly as possible. I was impressed with Danny's professionalism and pride in his work. He had all the necessary equipment and the knowledge to get the job done, and clearly explained all the work being done. I would have no hesitation in recommending 3 D Restoration, or in using their services again.

I called Danny and he came out within a few hours. Upon inspecting the damage, he suggested that we did not need him and recommended another service to help repair our floor. We appreciate the honest service!!!

Dan from 3D came the same day I called. He was professional, courteous, explained the entire process, was honest in his assessment of the damage and had the whole thing dried out in three days. I hope I never have to deal with water damage again, but if I do, I most certainly will call Danny and 3D.

Danny showed up on time, in spite of having trouble with his truck that involved it having to be towed, and suffering a bad sprain to his ankle. He immediately set to work and cleaned the whole house. It looked and smelled like new when he was finished.

We had the drain backup and flood our master bath, master bedroom, and go under the walls to the foyer. We called and he was out later that day to take a look. He started the same night and was done with all the demo by the next day. A couple more days with dehumidifiers and fans and the job was done. I hope I can find a drywall repair person that is as good.

Danny was extremely helpful! He was at the house within 90 minutes of me calling, on a Sunday! He communicated with me everything that was going on (the tenant was there at the property). I got several text photos including photos of the thermal scans he did. It turns out the damage was worse than we thought and he helped us understand our options to fix it. We actually decided the drying option was not our best plan because he let us know we already had mold (visible). I'm super grateful I called and got someone as honest as Danny! He provided me information I needed to make a decision from afar. If I ever have water issues in the future (knock on wood I don't!) I'm sure to call them back.

Danny, has come on time and very thorough with his analysis. He was kind and very professional. I shopped around and he gave me the best price. Cherry on top is that he reduced my final bill beyond what he came in for. Since its mold we were not sure about the extent of work that was needed so as soon as he opened and did what he needs to do, he was courteous to explain me that this took much less time than what he anticipated. So he reduced the bill without me asking anything. Now that's one honest professional and not easy to find these days. I recommend him very strongly and I plan to use his services for carpet cleaning, tile/grout cleaning etc. Cheers!
