Would not recommend, Poor workmanship, had pool resurfaced, surface has cracks and staining just months after job, Grant and 3 anchor pools will not stand behind their work, please look into this company before considering. Do your homework. BBB, yelp, Google

To the sales person Grant, to all the workers so very classy and professional & then you will have the pleasure meeting Cameron… so nice and well versed on anything Pool related. Process went well-prices were affordable. Appreciated the owner, Grant, being patient with us in the tile choosing process and asking many questions. Communication with crew was very limited, but calls to company were answered or returned quickly

We were very pleased with Grant’s explanation of what could and should be done to our old and unattractive pool, and with his communication throughout the process. His crew did a great job and the pool and deck are beautiful now. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the total project. The project was discussed completely prior to signing the contract. All work was completed in a timely manner and the final surface looks great. Also, all workmen left the area clean and free of debris. The cost was reasonable, I certainly would recommend them.

They were all great, so professional and communicative. We are sos happy with the end result. Our pool looks beautiful and like new again.

Cameron Duncan was performing my pool service when he noticed that the housing for my Pentair filter was installed incorrectly. Mr. Duncan corrected the setting so there would be proper flow through the filter.

n dec 21 we hired 3 Anchor Bay to resurface our pool, install a new heater, replace our pool lights, and fix the in-floor cleaning system (which they did NOT. I ended up needing to hire/pay someone else to actually get it fixed). The owner Grant talked us into getting a special deep blue surface that we paid an additional $5-6k for but when it was installed there were streaks and blotches. At the time of install Grant saw the streaks and blotches and said they would go away as it cured as long as we brush the surface. Grant came himself and brushed the pool once (others from 3 Anchor also came and brushed ) as did I. Every single day for months. We have a pool service and I tested the pool myself every day or so and the PH was never above 7.2. Grant said on several occasions that I needed to wait at least 3 months for the surfaces to finish curing and that if they were still there after 3 months THEN and ONLY then will he address it.. The streaks NEVER changed. I've reached out to Grant several times. I was able to get him to call me back by calling from a phone number he didn't recognize so he actually spoke to me. Well really more yelled and called a liar before he hanging up on me. He wont answer again now. He's yelled at me several times, which is really weird considering I paid him. We've contacted other pool companies and they say it should NOT look like that that it was NOT installed properly. Despite what other pool professionals tell him he denies anything is his

From the beginning the communication was awful. the work was completed however 1 pending issue of many is that the grout repairs were not done correctly. All of the grout repairs should have matched the existing grout which is white and they used the pool finish which is blue. When I talked to the owner (Grant) about this he basically said he was not going to fix it and hung up on me. I tried to contact him again but he will not respond. If you want the job done right do not use 3 Anchor Bay.

Took 3 weeks to complete about 3 days of work. Indeed we were told it would be done in a few days. Delays had nothing to do with weather. Literally every day for 3 weeks we did not know if workers would come or when - even though we asked. When we asked we were yelled at. Workers were unsupervised, didn't speak English and destroyed some of our property. The company refused to take responsibility. Left serious oil spots on our driveway. Still trying to get them out. Very rude and argumentative, lacked integrity. Regret hiring.

The service was terrible, the smoothness inside the pool was bad and it has blisters bumps on the wall.

Attempted to have them come out for an estimate on resurfacing my pool. Waited for my scheduled appointment and no one showed up or called to cancel. When I reached out to see what happened, the individual I spoke to (I think the owner but I am not sure), said he could turn around and come now. Clearly, there was no intention of showing up for our previously scheduled appointment. I then tried to confirm his expected time of arrival, at which point he asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I was in the middle of saying I had expected him 30 mins ago, when he hung up the phone on me. Like the previous google reviewer stated, I found him rude and unprofessional. If this is how they treat a prospective customer, I would hate to see how they treat someone who they already received money from. I think this speaks volumes about this company and the service they provide. PS: The previous day I had 2 other pool companies scheduled to give me estimates. They both showed up on time and stayed in contact with me prior to their arrival. So clearly there are reputable pool companies out there.

Very smoothly! 3 anchor Bay Orlando made a competitive bid and we contracted the work March 8.To our surprise a workman arrived Mon. and emptied the pool. Later in the day he returned and did the prep work. 2 days later a crew arrived and put the finish on the pool plus some additional work requested. The pool was filled and the next day the pool serviced with chemicals. All in all the time from signing to completion was 8 days. The job site was cleaned and you would never know any work was done. It was a fine job. They kept their word and I kept mine!

Thank you for a job well done. Very professional, the work was completed quickly and before expected. My pool looks brand new, absolutely stunning. I'm more than satisfied with 3 Anchor Bay pools and I will continue to recommend them to anyone needing a resurface.

It went very well. Grant and his crew were very professional and did exactly what was agreed upon. They were on time and cleaned up after the project was completed.

Grant went above and beyond what I expected. Professional and friendly at all times. His crew was professional and worked tirelessly until the job was done. There was no smoking, music, or loud talking. I wanted stacked stone and Grant went the extra mile to insure the stone we choose was not only beautiful, but also would work in the pool environment. We are thrilled with our pool. I have recommended 3 Anchor Bay to many people.
