Vita Spa of Jacksonville

We have used Vita Spa for many years, not after today! Wes and Mike are probably two of the most unprofessional individuals we have ever dealt with! They have no respect for their customers and have an “I don’t care attitude”. We placed a call to them today after our Hot Tub suddenly stopped working, to ask a simple question. When Wes thought he hung up the phone, he went on a rant and made derogatory remarks about our call. When the call finally disconnected we called back, and I spoke directly with Mike (who we were told wasn’t there two minutes before). Mike’s response was less than apologetic, and he didn’t seemed concerned that one of his customers was treated in such a manner. In today’s times with so many options to choose from for Spa’s and parts I would recommend taking your business somewhere else. A place who wants to earn your business, not discard it!

We had been calling other providers for months, but they could not accommodate us since we do not live in Jacksonville permanently. This time, after calling at least three different places, we called Island Spa Service. Mike came towards the end of the day on the scheduled day. He was professional, cordial, knowledgeable, and had all the parts in his car which allowed him to finish the job in one visit. Yes, the $125 trip fee is steep, but you get what you pay for with this company. Mike even spent some time teaching me how to use the controllers and left written instructions. Our spa is now working properly.

They wanted too much money just to come and look at my hot tub and give me an estimate. I had used them before for a new pump, which all seemed good. And after a year or so it started leaking and needed some jets looked at as well and I felt like it was too much money even after I had used them in the past. I didn't mind paying for them to come and look, but I just didn't think it was a fair price.

The technician arrived during the allotted time and completed the pump replacement in an efficient and timely manner. When he noticed that the silicone around the control panel was loose he cleaned the area and applied new silicone at no charge. He said he did this to prevent water from leaking down into the electrical components. Very thorough and very professional. As I stated above, we are extremely happy to recommend Vita Spa.

Everything went well. We were at work, but Mike called promptly while at the house and explained what was needed. After the repair, they refilled the tub and checked everything out.
