Description of Work: I've already sent this to anggies list. On Jan. 22 I purchased set of tires from the Atlantic Blvd location great expreiance. While there was told I would need a brake job in the near future. They quoted me 300.00 with a life time warranty. While on vacation the first week of march my brakes started to grind. On my way home called the Atlantic location and they were booked for the day. Went to the Beach Blvd location and they said they could do the job.Quoted me $300.00 . I said do the brakes. While paying I asked about the warranty and he said it was for one yr. or 12,000 miles. I asked about the life time warranty and he said he put the cheaper ceramic brakes on. Who would pay the same price for one yr. warranty when you could get a life time warranty for same price? He did not tell me I had any options. Totally felt taken advantage of. Went on there web site with same info and have not heard from them. Bad way of doing business. |

Description of Work: Suntire replaced all of the belts on my truck. I did not schedule it, just went in on Saturday and they had it done (and an oil change) in less than 2 hours.

+ 0 moreTires were changed, remounted, balanced and the alignment was done with a great improvement in the car's performance. The oil change was quick and efficient. We were also told to have brakes checked in about four months for condition and that they may need replacing. No one else who has looked at the care has said anything about repairing the brakes. We appreciate the fact that the mechanic checked and made us aware of this situation. We will use them again.
Description of Work: Our care needed four new tires, and alignment and an oil change. It took about an hour and everything was done. The cost is comparable to other but the service was much better. The work is under warranty and includes roadside service if needed. Our 2002 Saturn needs TLC and SunTire has given it some.

I would tell the others who would like to use their services to make an appointment with them rather than just walk in. The overall experience with them was excellent. The price was excellent. I will use their services again in the future.

+ -1 moreThey charged me about $800 for the last service. I liked the work they did and I liked the guys who took care of me. Sometimes I go there to have them look at something and they come up with five different things to be repaired. I don’t particularly care for that. They come up with five different things that would cost about $1000 when I go there for an oil change. So, that’s what they do. I don’t know about the price because I don’t shop around too much when something goes wrong. I would most likely use them again.

Description of Work: Had a problem where the brake lights would not turn off. They fixed it and said no charge.because it only took them a couple minutes and no parts.

Description of Work: Have been using these guys for over ten years. Always fair, and accomodating. Never had a problem with any work that was done from alignments to brakes to tires to shocks. Bought a set of tires once and drove them for a day but didn't like them. They exchanged them no problem.

+ 0 moreSun got the tires in stock - sent me an email to confirm our appointment. They were very careful not to hurt the car and the price was exactly what they quoted me. No surprises. We were in and out in an hour or so. The tires are great also. Sun has also fixed flats for me in the past at no charge asking that I only consider them for tires next time I need them. I appreciate that as flat repairs can run $15 these days. So I went back to them when I needed tires and I will be back again in a few weeks to buy another set for my other car. They also include free rotation and balancing as well as pro-rated road hazard in their prices. Other stores sometimes charge add-on for this.
Description of Work: I contacted Sun Tire requesting a price on some Ultra High Performance tires for my son's cars. These are expensive tires and Roger steered me to the General Exclaims that were half the price of the OEM Goodyears. I felt like Roger saved me a lot of money - and he also took the time to explain that the Generals were very good tires and that is boils down to money when buying tires of this performance category.
