SUN COAST CARPET CARE INC

I did extensive hardwood flooring and carpeting with Mecarni Flooring, Div. Suncoast Carpet Care, paying them a total of $19,791.99 (includes sales tax) by check so they received full payment in cash not credit card. The hardwood project was regrettable but I've learned to live with it. My complaint today is the upstairs carpet has a huge ripple in it. I have no children or pets and use that room as a second guest room (I have another guest room on the first floor). It's used approximately 4-5 weeks a year, if that. Use-wise, the carpet hasn't accumulated a year of use! The carpet should be guaranteed not to stretch out and this merchant should stand behind his products and workmanship for all the money I spent with him. I called them today and was informed it's only guranteed for one year; it will cost me a minimum of $125.00 to have it fixed. It's a small room and I felt they should stand behind their work. It would take less than a half hour to fix the problem and I would have been satisfied with at least the carpeting. If I need to pay for this, I absolutely will NOT use them. They are incompetent and inept. In looking at my receipts, he never even dated anything, I had to go back through my checkbook. It certainly demonstrates how professional and detail-oriented he is! I would not recommend purchasing flooring of any kind from this merchant, I'm very sorry I did. This guy should have stuck to carpet cleaning and stayed out of the flooring business.

The thing I liked best about them is they came to our home with samples of everything in our price range and we picked out what we wanted from the comfort of our home. They did have to come back for a couple of touch-ups and they were very courteous and responsive to our requests.

Sun Coast Carpet Care did an excellent job. They arrived on time, and they were very respectful of my stuff. I was happy with the workers and the quality they did. My carpet looks great.

Everything was fine. The company represented themselves as advertised and didn't try sell you more than what I asked for. My carpets are clean.

I have worked with Sun Coast many times and I've never had a problem with them at all. Not only are they very good at what they do, but also they are very trustworthy. They're always on time, very professional, and the price is always fair.
