Very well. They came out, looked. I needed a new pump (he explained why very well). The first pump he suggested was way out of my price range so he said he would look around and call me back Monday to let me know if he found one less expense. He had. Instead of $1,500 he installed a brand new pump for $750, with warranty as well.

The finished project is beautiful. They have an excellent crew of installers for pavers, travertine and pool glass tile. Kim and Greg Stanley were always friendly and dependable. After interviewing 3 other pool companies it was their professionalism and knowledge of the products/materials that convinced me to go with them. I would use them again.

I called requesting service I was told I was being transferred to someone that handles that. I was transferred to someone's voicemail. I never received a callback.

We interviewed 2 pool companies, and went with Stanley Pools because they have been in business for years, it was family-owned, and they knew exactly what we wanted. They told us they would be done in 6 weeks, barring any bad weather, and they completed our pool in 6 weeks. Every time we called Greg, he called us back immediately. It was the most professional crew we have ever hired, and would hire them again. Kim was extremely helpful in the office, and went out of her way to make sure things went smoothly for us. Our pool is stunning, we have been in it everyday. The pavers are perfect. My sister used Stanley Pools too, and she is just as happy. We highly recommend Stanley Pools.

After a visit to their business, and a request at Jax. Home Show, never heard from them!

We had many issues with Stanley Pools. I've waited a year to see if they would fix them so i am now detailing the unresolved issues. The main one is the deck itself. Mulitable cracks developed within a week of install. It took months to get them out to even look. Their response was and quot;thats normaland quot;. The one edge of the deck that mates up to the existing concrete has now lifted up. Tripping hazard. The cool deck is peeling up at one of the seams. If i had known and quot;Normaland quot; i would have gone elsewhere. The contractors went through the landscaping and dumped buckets of sand/soil on the mulch to make a ramp onto the driveway. And yes we had to clean it up. There is a 10 foot gate on the other side of the garage but they didnt want to use it because they would have to drive around another 100 feet. When i asked about the driveway and the trucks they told me not to worry. and quot;we do this alotand quot;. Well they cracked up the concrete. When i asked they said and quot;well it already had cracksand quot;. I guess adding more was ok. The electrical contractor did not take the power from the main house like i requested from the start. He pulled it from the second garage. Because the pool was already in it was too late. And yes i had to clean up the wire / insulation mess all over the place from him. They put a lean against our house even though we were paying cash. When we went to refinance 8 months later it was still there to our surprise. The pump and seal have been already replaced. They did that without question. Their salesman Tim was great. The actual experience after was not.

They did an excellent job. I love my pool. They actually got it done before they said that would be done. They were able to respond to my questions. The people working with them were nice.

They were fantastic and were great to work with. I would hire them again in heart beat.

It was an awesome experience because Stanley Pools is really involved with each phase. It is truly a family oriented company, from the guys digging the pool to the end result you are working with a family member.

We called Liz Stanley and she came to our house, listened to what we wanted, did all of the measurements and came back within a couple of days with a few designs. We decided not to get any other quotes as we were very happy with their attitude and ideas. We signed the contract and the following week they were digging the hole. Everyone was very prompt and professional. Everyday their was someone at out house doing something to get that pool in. I told her my Birthday was at the end of November and she assured me the pool would be complete by then. However, the pool was complete at the beginning of November. I would highly recommend Stanley Pools to anyone. They are the BEST in my opinion.

During the design and build, the communication was great. They responded to all our calls and answered all our questions. They kept us posted throughout the whole process. Right after the work was complaete and they were handed the last payment, the communication stopped. We had an issue with the enclosure where it leaked severely when it rained. We had to have them come out twice to fix it and they still did not get it right. It was at that point they quit responding. We would call with issues and always get the same reply. They only warrenty their work for a year. They would say someone will call back, but no one ever does.Their service after the sale is terrible. They do not back their work at all.

Very quick and quality pool service!

I had to make more than one call to the company to arrange for service on my pool pump and screen enclosure. Both were eventually scheduled on the same day (their choice) but different times. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. When the gentleman arrived to fix my pump I asked about the screen enclosure person who was supposed to be there in the morning. He put in a call and told me the person was running behind. He completed the repair, showing me the worn part. The part was $15, labor $95 (hour min), plus tax. He made one more call to the person who was supposed to be comming to fix my screen enclosure and assured me I would be receiving a call. This call never came. No one from the company ever contacted me to reschedule either. I may use them for equipment repairs in the future but probably not for anything else. The grades are a mix of the two experiences.

They did a good job. They got the pool completed in about half the time as normal. They are family-owned and operated. They are on top of things. If we wanted something changed, then they would come right out and fix it. They cleaned up after themselves.

The project was seamless and completed on time without any drama. The associates were friendly, helpful and wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with their work.

It's a family-owned business. They were very cooperative and just very easy to work with. They responded to our concerns in a timely manner. Their rates were very competitive.
