Technician replaced heating element in water heater successfully.
Description of Work: Water heater. Our AHS Home Warranty gives ALL heating/plumbing jobs to this company and I am not trusting of the work they do because AHS is on a cost-cutting corporate mission and l believe tells these techs to stall fixing problems or just doesn't hire quality technicians to save on labor. That is not to say you won't get a good technician, but if using AHS and this company together - beware. There is a huge conflict of interest between home owner, and AHS designated vendors. I would be very cautious if you are trying to get something fixed through AHS and Polar Plumbing.

Polar Plumbing was contracted by our home warranty company to service our leaky water heater June 30. Contacting Polar by phone regarding scheduling and following-up appointments often took over an hour (if the call was answered at all). After waiting over a week for service, the warranty company said Polar never requested necessary parts. After multiple calls, and explaining our water heater was about to burst, Polar finally scheduled an installation for July 18.... On July 16, the water heater burst flooding our garage. Multiple calls and messages to Polar went unanswered. We had someone do an emergency water heater install on Saturday to stop the water. We wasted $75 for an inspection, and another $50 for an installtion permit. Beware!

Everything worked out when they were finished. It was good. The worker was good and knowledgeable. It was a promotional pricing. The deal that they offered was good. It was a good price. It was $99 for two hours of labor. He came on time.
Description of Work: They fixed a leak and tightened up a faucet.

He installed the wrong faucet on the sink and he said that he would come back, replace it, and install the correct faucet but he never came back. He did call me several times and tried to reschedule but he just always had a different excuse as to why he couldn't make it this time. He had no intentions of coming back.
Description of Work: He installed a new faucet on my sink in my master bedroom.
