Description of Work: 10/27/14 came for a service call because pool was not filtering. Cleaned filter and noted my chlorinator was leaking. 10/28 replaced my chlorinator with a more efficient model. I did ask if they remarcited pools, he said he would check with the construction contractor but I never heard back.

They are very communicative. Every time they are here, we know what they've done. They do a lot more than my previous provider.

+ -1 moreIt was beautiful. They came back 3 or 4 times because they werent satisfied. Filled in old holes in our deck and old fence and also replaced a pool light I wasnt even aware that was broken. They did it the exactly the way I would have done it if I could. I just feel like they went above and beyond for us.
Description of Work: Came out, removed the cement finish inside of the pool and replaced with new tile.

+ -1 moreOn Monday, June 21, 2001 I called store # 30 on Wells Road, Orange Park, FL. I was trying to find a circuit board for my Aqua Rite chlorinator. I was informed that they had them in stock and the price was right at $350. I went to the store the next day to buy the board. When I got there they said that they had two of the boards but that they were on the service truck. I asked if could get one but they said no, but they would hold one for me if I paid for one in advance. I left that store in disgust and went to store # 90 on Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL. They said they could order one for me and get it to me the same day as the other store. And, it would be $50 cheaper then store # 30 and, I did not have to pay for it in advance. That’s called customer service, which is in short supply in this country, and that is why I will now take all my business to store # 90.
