Jason came out the next day after I called him to give me an estimate. I had called several other electricians as well. Jason was the only one to actually pull off outlet covers and switch plates to see what was required and to inspect the current situation (no pun intended). He presented us with a bid on the job that evening, via email. His bid was the best AND he was the most professional and thorough, so we chose him to do the work. Jason ordered the parts and was out at the house to perform the work. He informed us that the he did not have to replace quite as many outlets as he thought, so he invoiced us for $200 less than the original bid. He left the premises clean. He has followed up with me to verify that all work was completed satisfactorily. He even provided a letter for our insurance company to verify that all is up to code.
