I wouldn't give them a good review. Mainly, scheduling and communication was very poor. It wasn't clear when they were coming to install. We thought it was one day. They said that their truck broke down. We had to call, they didn't call us. We just had reason to believe that the truck didn't break down, that that was just an excuse because of poor scheduling. Ours was a small job, so we understand if they had to reschedule or something. The coat is actually not cut exactly even but I really can't say anything because I never called them back on it because I didn't want to deal with them. They had already installed it. There is like a gap. We had them put in a counter in the bathroom and there is a gap between the backsplash and the counter in the middle. So it is like, it is not cut even. I haven't mentioned that to them because I just didn't want to deal with them again. They just left a bad taste in my mouth.

Salvador took our order for bamboo cabinets and guaranteed the time of arrival and installation. The cabinets arrived over two weeks late; Salvador, his wife, and daughter arrived at 5 pm on a winter evening to assemble and install the cabinets in our unfinished home. Our home at that time had one electrical outlet, no lights, and no heat, and the temperatures were near freezing. They did the work all night in the dark. As a result, the cabinets were crooked and poorly done. When we complained, he took the cabinets out, re-assembled them in his workshop, then re-installed them. We thought they were fine - but now, nine months later, the drawers are breaking, the cabinets don't hang right, and some of the hardware is already loose.
