Wow, what a disappointment! Our family has used Orange Park Services for 35 years on annual basis for our home bug service. Every early September we would get a call that we were due for a treatment and they'd coordinate with us to spray our house. we had the same person for over 25 years and she was almost like family. If we weren't home we'd leave the door open for her and she'd lock up when she left. I am Realtor for 35 years in the area and have referred many many people to them, as recently as this past summer. This year was different in that we had no call and bugs were showing up so we called on Sept 9 and were told Geneva had retired and the company was bought out. So we requested that someone come as it was time. We were told by Pam that someone would be calling us the following week to come out. We waited until the end of the week and when no one showed up we called again. We were then told they should haved called us but she will have someone call us . We waited another 5 days and called again. We were told the earliest they could "fit us in " was the end of Sept. We asked to have the owner call us. A young sounding man called us and was very argumentative, we were upset by the way were were being treated and he just added fuel to the fire and argued with us about when they usually come- not very service oriented . It went down hill from here and needless to say we are now looking for another service. The new owners apparently don't care about loyalty and must have enough business that they can afford to mouth off to loyal past customers for 35 years! I will never refer anyone here again.

Our lawn did not improve in the 3 years we utilized Orange Environmental. When we needed to have parts of our lawn replaced, live web worms and cinch bugs were found in the yard, despite being treated regularly by Orange Environmental (and one week before the live pests were discovered). We switched companies....

First of all these guys are fantastic. Best price in town and were able to provide same day service. Was a huge help to me that they fit into my schedule! I am so impressed with their service; they will be my first choice for all future needs! Knowledgeable associates who met and exceeded my expectations!! You guys are GREAT!!! Thank you again for all your help. You have made a return customer out of me!!!

Our experience has been excellent. They came out the same day. Their price was very reasonable. They even did a follow up visit to make sure I was satisfied.

The owner of this company, Jerry Williams, is VERY unprofessional. After rescheduling an appointment because they never showed up or called letting us know they were running late, the SAME thing happened with the second appointment... although they did call to let us know the technician was running AT LEAST 45 mins. late. I called and spoke with Mr. Williams who was very nonchanlant in trying to explain they never know what they are going to and quot;run intoand quot; on appointments. In my opinion, they need additional technicians or they book appointments too close together OR they are not getting enough information on each customer's required service to schedule enough time to take care of that particular problem. Why do they even bother making appointments????? Why not just say and quot;we'll try to get to you sometime on that dayand quot;????? Mr. Williams wanted to argue with me on the phone. I was admant that I did not want any excuses, but he continued. Never apologized for their lack of puncuality. What happened to the philosphy and quot;the customer is always rightand quot; and and quot;the customer comes firstand quot;? But, I might add, that their Sales/Service manager, who was out initial contact person and Termite inspector, was very professional and knowledgable. Such a shame he can not teach the owner of the company and the pest control tech a little thing about customer service. We will NOT be recommending Orange Environmental to anyone looking for pest control. We really want to warn others about this company's lack of being on time for appointments and the RUDE owner! In all of the years of dealing with many pest control companies in the different locations across the country we've lived, ORANGE ENVIRONMENTAL IS THE WORSE and the experience with them horrible. BEWARE!!!!

I have never had a problem with them. Every time I have dealt with them they are really friendly and very nice. They follow through with everything that they are doing. I have been really satisfied with them.

We have lawn service like lawn pest control and termites. It was not inside the house. They are excellent. We have the best looking yard in the neighborhood from the worst.

We've been using them since we built our house. They are a local and very nice company. They charge $65 a month for the inside and outside. If you are having a problem or if you want them to come out especially for inside spraying, they will come out immediately. They are very good with their work and they always leave a notice or sign on the lawn saying what they have done.

Orange Park service has been around for a long time. As I live on a golf course, I can only afford to use the very best. Orange Park fits that bill. They are very clean and courteous. They always pay special attention to their punctuality and they also ensure that my home and surrounding area is bug free.
